其實這句話的解釋很多
你也可以講說是"The truth is there."
但是加進"Out"之後，整句話增加了更多的行動力
也就是說，事實真相（"The truth"）除了已經在某處以外
還必須用行動去發掘，才夠能找出來。
套一句史卡利在第一季第一集講的話：

"The truth is there. You just have to know where to look."

「方向」以及「行動力」，才是找出事實真相的原動力

The truth is there. You have to find it out.
