這集是Mr. Willis of Ohio（Mr. Willis暫代已逝妻子的國會議員職）。
Toby在針對人口普查問題遊說三個游離票時，說：

I have no conscience when it comes to exploiting the fact that you have
nonrefundable airline tickets for the weekend.

（然後Mr. Willis很古意的說了「I'm not leaving town.」）

請問Toby那句話是什麼意思？
這段我聽了三遍都聽不懂...orz
