團體挑戰賽
這次來到一家高級中式餐廳，分成兩隊比賽，由Bri以及Natasha擔任隊長
Natasha - Jessie、Luca
Bri - James、Krissi
（James：我跟一個素食者還有一個討厭中式料理的人一組我要怎麼贏啊！！！）
總共四道菜，兩前菜（燒賣、生菜蝦捲）兩主菜（蔥爆牛肉(?)還有辣炒蝦(?)）
前菜由藍隊領先（Luca 燒賣處理不好），而紅隊則在主菜處理較好（Krissi不會辣炒蝦）
最後結果，獲勝隊伍是... Natasha 隊

壓力淘汰賽主題是 炸魷魚 (calamari)
這邊好像沒什麼好講評的，就是炸魷魚
最後淘汰的是 ... Bri，可惜了不能試吃自己的料理導致敗北
被第二次淘汰啦～Krissi怎麼還不走
