今天的來賓挑戰者是夏木真理，推出的是新式料理，融合正統中菜和法國菜成為誘人的
美食。還有爭奪新菜的繞口令比賽，氣球爆炸危機四伏！
舞台是位於港區芝浦，今年3月開幕的新式中菜”俱樂灣”餐廳，融合西洋和中國文化的
店內，動人樂聲繞樑於耳，這裡是新中菜的大舞台！所提供的料理以上海料理為主，餐
後有在法國學藝的甜點師傅準備的創意甜點。菜單包括砂鍋魚翅黃金湯、上海式乾燒明
蝦、活星鰻燉蒜棗、酸辣炒鰻魚附香酥杯、辣醬炒豬雞什錦菜。這次自掏腰包的冤大頭
到底會是誰呢？
