前情提要︰
1.大柱堅拒給李家臍帶血，李家無計可施下，仲華打電話給豆漿表示願付贖金交換雅芳，
並由立信陪同跟豆漿交涉。豆漿開口要贖金一億，雙方談判時大柱帶人過來，混亂中
豆漿逃逸。豆漿對交涉時立信激動的舉止起疑，故意找阿達套話，得知胎兒父為仲華
且仲慧等著臍帶血救命。豆漿以此要脅李家，李家同意付高額贖金。
2.佳佳即將畢業，志明請佳佳回餐廳上班，但佳佳想去大飯店工作，以學習經營管理實務
。佳佳在應徵屬意職務時並不順利，黑糖得知私下關說讓佳佳錄取。
3.仲群想謀取暴利，欲生產低成本之黑心減肥藥，玉珊勸阻但仲群不聽。玉珊拿配方請教
莊博士，莊誠坦言成份會造成肝衰竭，並熱心答應要提供同療效之替代配方。玉珊道謝
請莊誠吃飯，並傾吐工作煩惱，但未說出自己為老闆的太太。而莊誠則頗為欣賞玉珊。
4.炮嫂要阿達心儀將新房出租補貼房貸，兩人回家住。心儀雖不甚願意但仍同意搬回。
