本來猜測第二波會有2-3部的額度進競賽
但最終只補進了1部，瑞典導演魯本奧斯倫的"自由廣場"(The Square)
所以本屆主競賽只有19部

錫蘭居然真的沒進....

安特黑泰胥內放70周年特別展映

波蘭斯基新片倒也出現了。但不是競賽，到非競賽展映
看來這次品質普通....

柯西胥新片由於與出資方糾紛，鬧得十分抓馬，解決之前可能看不到了(?)

之前盛傳第二波出線的神秘華語片，最終不是從被猜最多的王兵婁燁出線
而是李睿珺的"路過未來"(楊子珊主演)
選入一種注目競賽
李睿珺是中國獨立導演。金馬影展曾邀過他的兩部長片放映
《告訴他們，我乘白鶴去了》、《家在水草豐茂的地方》
之前白鶴曾到威尼斯地平線單元，這次到坎城算升級了

話說今年導演雙週片單依然很強，這幾年鋒頭不輸主競賽
克萊兒德尼費拉拉杜蒙之類絕對能到威尼斯競賽的片。都被說動去了雙週

雙週也有一位華裔導演，趙婷，"The Rider"
前年"Songs My Brothers Taught Me"也被選入過雙週
