這一集一開始，Leonard對於Penny突然親他覺得很奇怪，

然後Howard說Penny可能被挾持了，所以故意做出瘋狂的舉動。

Leonard當然不這麼認為.....

這時候.....Sheldon對Leonard說了一段話：
「Einstein defined insanity as "doing the same thing
over and over again and expecting different results."
By that standard,Penny is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.」

這個"cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs"的梗是什麼？
