這句呼應 Sheldon 以前常說的 I am not crazy, my mother had me tested.

以前 Sheldon 就常說朋友心情不好的一定要提供熱飲

忘記是第幾季，有一次 Penny 心情不好

Sheldon要去泡茶，Penny 說不用了我不想喝茶

Sheldon 還回說 I'm sorry. It's not optional.
