料亭老店的瀟灑美食讓眾人陷入混亂，自掏腰包的人到底是誰？
本週「美食冤大頭」的舞台是料亭老店「牡丹」，在東京灣海鮮豐富的芝浦，營業至今已
邁入80年，是將東京的瀟灑傳承下來的和食殿堂。
老店”牡丹”的瀟灑菜色，雉雞、鹿、鴨肉等等，自古就深受日本人喜愛的珍饈，總主廚
的菜刀一邊保護著傳統，在追求精緻美味的現代，做出更適合的美食。菜單包括：薄切星
鰈、高湯醬燒雉雞、酥炸慈菇豬小里肌佐柚香醬汁、黑鮪魚大比拼、酥炸魟魚鰭淋春蔬芡
汁、烘烤吉野鹿。
