隔壁棚葛屁的小屁孩到這裡還是小屁孩!
悠悠在邁阿密參加派對時遇上了大停電，然後有所謂的異人反抗軍宣
稱是他們做的，要世界各國政府中止註冊，否則就一小時對一個大城
市斷電。
由於之前感染鬼魂的傭兵死了，代表梅也拖不過24小時，局長放手讓
珍瑪去醫治她。
羅比的叔叔曾在沖力實驗室工作，他們本想前往實驗室，但是發生斷
電，只好先去接羅比坐輪椅的弟弟蓋柏，在救蓋柏的過程中，他看出
了黛西就是震波女，事後他要黛西遠離他哥哥。
珍瑪帶梅到德克里夫家中，兩人設法要醫治她，經過檢查後，德克里
夫認為要先殺了梅再救活她，正當要電擊她時斷電了，德克里夫拿出
了艾達的發電裝置。
一群人闖進了派對，要找出裡面其中一名異人，所幸考森等人趕到，
從這群人的刺青發現是名為監察者組織所為，而菲茲利用了傳統的方
法，找到了他們用來發射電磁脈衝的地點。
傑佛瑞上了媒體，正式宣布神盾局的回歸，要來保護人類和異人。
納迪爾參議員和監察者組織有聯繫，然後房間裡有個被石化的人
(她哥哥??)
