華納高層的確擔心一般民眾無法接受這樣的劇情走向、安排。

早先娛樂網站hitfix指出，
影片公司高層看完「蝙蝠俠對超人：正義曙光」整部片，決定更動後續拍片計畫，
可能先啟動班艾佛列克掛帥的新蝙蝠俠電影，「正義聯盟」要再緩一緩。
近日batman-on-film網站則指電影公司
其實對「蝙蝠俠對超人：正義曙光」情節品質有信心，
卻害怕看慣爆米花商業片式輕鬆調性的觀眾無法適應，
換言之，「蝙蝠俠對超人：正義曙光」是想走「黑暗騎士」之類的
嚴肅、沉重風格，怕想娛樂的觀眾有錯誤期待。
「蝙蝠俠對超人：正義曙光」還肩負為「正義聯盟」打基礎的重任，
神力女超人、閃電俠等後續會有獨立影片的人物都會在片中先登場，
賣座只能成功不許失敗，無怪乎電影公司態度謹慎。

但我本人是不喜歡爆米花電影那一類，
如果<<正義曙光>>拍得像<<守護者>>，
我肯定會愛～～～死。（我知道有些人會悶死.....）
有點像高層想賺錢，做的人是想好好做份作品。
