倫太郎（堺雅人）正式開始對明良（蒼井優）的看診。但是
來到診療室的卻是裝成明良的樣子的她的另一個人格夢乃。
夢乃發了狂地把診療室弄得亂七八糟，完全抗拒倫太郎對他
的診療。同一時間，薰（內田有紀）的兒子深也（平林智志
）在美術展中得到了優勝。患有伴隨學者症候群的泛自閉症
障礙的深也，擁有著豐富的藝術才華。盯上了深也特殊的腦
部機能的宮川（長塚圭史），提出想將深也做為他的研究對
象。擔任深也的主治醫生的倫太郎，因為考慮對深也的負擔
而強烈的反對。但是，對宮川的提案充滿興趣的圓能寺（小
日向文世），卻命令倫太郎解除他對深也和夢乃的主治醫生
身分。倫太郎對自己的無力感感到自責和深深的失落。就在
這時候，明良突然出現在倫太郎的面前……。
