EP8看完的當下，
本來以為是想呈現「如果當初身邊每個人都多做了些什麼」，
也許結局就不會這麼慘烈的平行時空，
但看了討論再回頭去重看一次這集，
更像是補足了阿猴以外人的視角，
這槍響前後的畫面與情節對比，
相當精準的表現出當愛陷入偏執，
會如何忽視甚至扭曲身邊人想傳達的好意與真正的心意。

這集的魔術師，
並不魔幻也不炫技，
卻是如此的溫暖，
他將磁帶脫落的錄音帶捲回去，
倒帶重新播放，
讓時光倒轉，
試圖修補/改寫這原本無法挽回的悲劇，
也讓我們看見阿猴與小蘭之間愛情的真實樣貌。

阿猴以為小蘭不再戴上他們的定情手鍊，是因為變心了。

我們以為小蘭是不想跟阿猴結婚才那樣決然離開西餐廳。

實情是因為阿猴沒有跟小蘭商量就簽了志願役，才讓她提了分手。

看似孤單的阿猴，這段雖然笑著，但因為陰影反而看來更加悲傷。

其實身邊有擔心他而陪著回營的阿派。
這是一段沒有人變心或出軌，
但卻依然注定分開的戀情。
阿猴在這段戀情裡始終沒有自信，
在分隔兩地時更加陷入自卑的情結裡，
他以為只要自己事業穩定了，
就能夠平撫心中的不安，
但他卻不知道小蘭真正想要的，
是他在身邊的陪伴。
那些個等待的日子如此難熬，
她已經不想再經歷一次。
他們仍然愛著彼此，
卻也知道彼此的世界只會差距越來越大。
時光倒轉，
重來一次，
他們仍然無法阻止這段戀情的結束，
但他們可以選擇留給彼此一個「最後的溫柔」，
記得曾經很愛對方的那段美好時光。
「小蘭，我很愛你，
我也知道，你是愛我的，
只是有時候，我會很害怕，
害怕有一天你會離開我，
我不明白為什麼會這樣，
就好像我不懂為什麼火車到這裡，
為什麼就一定要轉彎？」
「你聽得出來，
這班是到台北、還是要離開的列車嗎？
火車來了，
來台北的人會先遇到這個彎，
後來火車也會很慢地再一次過這個彎，
讓離開的人能夠好好地再看這裡一眼，
之後，
就是不同的風景了。」
火車為什麼一定要在這裡轉彎，
人生為什麼必然要遭遇難以接受的別離？
因為當你轉過這個彎，
當你經歷過失去，
你才能看見不同的風景，
你才能成長為一個更懂得珍惜的人。
導演說，
消失才是真正的存在。
而我想，
這集想告訴我們的就是，
唯有好好面對失去，
我們才能真正的擁有那些不想遺忘的美好。
