我有不同的看法耶
我自己是用很簡單的方式去理解的


本集是以BART忌日作為背景
CHUCK從一早就開始看到BART的幻覺
也一直不斷回想他爸在生前是多麼的對他不滿意
說他一事無成or軟弱等等

BART很冷血，在做生意還是日常生活為人都是不太帶感情的
他也不可能對LILY掏心掏肺吧
因為他覺得人的情緒在公私兩方面是不可能完全分割的

簡單的說
你在做生意時想要MAN
平常為人就一定也要MAN UP
沒有平常很SOFT 做生意才鐵腕這種道理

所以C才會一直想要避免去做一些會被他爸說很soft的事情
例如: 對B敞開心房，讓B參與他生意過程，考慮買下房子之後無業遊民沒地方住

C: I've been...pushing myself to prove him wrong,
and...been pushing you away.

所以C才會說他一直不斷逼自己去證明BART是錯的 (關於他手腕不夠硬這點)
結果就導致他也必須把Blair推開 在312他真的做得很明顯啊... B哭哭
