《Hobbs and Shaw》由《死侍2》導演David Leitch執導，《玩命關頭》系列編劇
Chris Morgan負責劇本。

當巨石強森以路克哈柏一角加入《玩命關頭5》時，環球便試圖讓該角色主演一部獨立
電影，畢竟他和角色都很受到粉絲歡迎，直到看到他和傑森史塔森於《玩命關頭7》擦
出驚人火花時，便決定發展出外傳電影《Hobbs and Shaw》。

本片訂於2019年7月26日上映。
