很久很久之前的Hunting Season要來募款出第二季了

雖然每一集真的覺得有夠天殺的短，而且第一季尾巴有點爛尾

但是當初播放的時候

整體上還算是一部每個禮拜都會超期待的迷你影集

We know you haven't heard from us directly for a while -- we haven't wanted
to bother you -- and we've been working very very hard at growing our
audience and talking to big companies about making SEASON TWO!

But we didn't mean to let so much time go by... we feel like we've been a bad
friend who starts dating someone and forgets to call.

Hunting Season has been a spectacular success. We have had nearly a million
views, over 25,000 likes on Facebook, and a constant stream of Twitter
conversation all year long. We've gotten press coverage in a gazillion
places, from The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, Out Magazine, The New
York Observer, Fast Company, BuzzFeed, The Huffington Post, Queerty and The
Advocate, Entertainment Weekly, and tons of blogs. And a lot of networks and
advertisers reached out to us to try to be part of it. This is an expensive
and complicated show to make. There's a reason it looks so much better than
most of the other "web series" out there -- it's made for TV. But we couldn't
find anyone to pay for the whole show the way we wanted to make it, without
making it less, well, real...

So in the end, we're still single, and on our own without a network to keep
us going. And we finally remembered to call you...

We've been working very hard on stories and scripts for SEASON 2 and we're
pretty sure you guys want to see it, so we're coming to you and asking for
your help!

Jon, the creator of the show, paid for season one out of his own pocket, and
then borrowed the money to finish it. We sold enough downloads to pay back
the loans and prove that the show has an audience. But it still wasn't enough
to pay for more episodes. IN ORDER TO MAKE MORE EPISODES OF THE SHOW, WE NEED
YOU TO CONTRIBUTE.

TOMORROW, we will launch a fund-raising campaign on KICKSTARTER, a
crowd-funding platform that allows people to safely and securely collect
money to make their creative projects. Spike Lee and the Veronica Mars movie
just used it to raise millions of dollars for things the studio system
thought were too risky. We are using Kickstarter as a way for you guys to
make the show happen, with a trusted system in place to manage the process.
For every level of giving, there are fantastic rewards for you guys -- from
free downloads of Season Two, exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the
shoot, and VIP invites to our premiere, tank tops, DVDs and so much more!

THE FIRST DAY IS CRITICAL, so we are telling you in advance so you can be

AS MUCH AS YOU CAN RIGHT AWAY. You won't be charged until we make our goal,
