一位男性綁架了一名女孩，要求警方查清楚變態殺人魔巽犯的所有命案。
他堅稱除了7名死者外，巽還有殺其他人。
柘植(中山祐介飾演)決定讓CPS和嫌犯談判，沒想到挾持的少女有心臟病，
結城(木村多江飾演)為了顧及人質的生命，把人質有病的事告訴嫌犯，
也成為嫌犯威脅警方的籌碼...
