目前 CBS 尚未發布續約的消息﹝只有超紅的 NCIS 等少數影集已續約﹞。
根據 Gary Sinise 在自己推特上的消息，最晚 CBS 會在 5/18 發布要不要給
CSI: NY 續約下一季。
如果有，今年九月，就是 CSI: NY 第八季。
如果沒有，第七季就是最後一季，7.22 Exit Strategy 則為完結篇。
