Amendment V: Individual debt and double jeopardy.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime,

service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for
the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be
compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be
deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall
private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
非經大陪審團提起公訴，人民不應受判處死罪或會因重罪而被剝奪部分公權之審判；惟於
戰爭或社會動亂時期中，正在服役的陸海軍或民兵中發生的案件，不在此例；人民不得為
同一罪行而兩次被置於危及生命或肢體之處境；不得被強迫在任何刑事案件中自證其罪，

: 2. 被告的哥哥在15分鐘內被抓到 僅僅因為一個目擊證人就可以定案 ?
: 也就是說 如果我今天出去逛街 好死不死附近發生搶案
: 我的穿著與身高特徵跟犯人相似 加上剛好被目擊證人誤會成犯人
: 然後我就被抓判終身監禁 ? 有沒有這麼扯阿~~~
: 沒有DNA 指紋 相關的證據 可以就這樣定罪 ? 感覺很怪阿~
當你遇到無能的律師，急著想回家的陪審團就有可能
Hawkes不是說了，那位被告律師根本就在椅子上睡著了
那個案子，有很多疑點，
被告律師只要狂攻其中一點就可以讓被告脫罪
可是他根本連問都沒問
我想那場審判應該是全場讓檢察官牽著走
