Once Upon a Time to finally explore an LGBT relationship in season 5
In the wake of Mulan returning to Once Upon a Time, executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis promise to finally explore an LGBT relationship on the upcoming season.
Following a screening of the season premiere on Friday, EW pressed the OUAT bosses about the possibility of the show delving deeper into Mulan’s (Jamie Chung) feelings for Aurora (Sarah Bolger) upon her return. “We know that community have been big supporters of the show and we would love to be able to tell a love story that reflects that,” Kitsis said.
“We want the show to reflect the world as it is now,” added Horowitz. “Whether that’s going to be with any particular character, we’re not going to say.”
Interjected Kitsis: “But it is something that we’re going to do this year”
“It’s something we want to do this year,” Horowitz continued. “It’s something we think is due and important to do on the show. This is the world we live in.”
The ambiguity in their answer, however, leaves open the possibility that this exploration may not just be about the Mulan and Aurora relationship, but potentially any of the new characters hailing from Camelot, or faces we’ve seen before across the past five seasons.
For her part, Mulan is slated to appear in multiple episodes that, as Horowitz revealed on Twitter, span both the first and second halves of the season. Regardless of who the couple is, this will be the first LGBT relationship explored on the series.

我記得在第三季的時候Mulan就喜歡上Aurora
但Aurora已經有Phillip了
一直以為這對就這樣結束，無疾而終
沒想到在最新的一季當中，他們兩個要有機會發展了！！！
如果喜歡童話故事改編劇的人，趕快來追劇啊XDDD
