These countries CAN NOT play Perfect World International.
China
Hong Kong
Japan
Macau
Malaysia
North Korea
Philippines
South Korea
Taiwan
Vietnam

如果是版權問題，為什麼只有這些國家有版權問題？
更何況台灣根本不可能出ST online。
