感謝大家花時間填答問卷,與所給我們的批評與指教,我是這個報告的組員之一,我們要
用Kano model來做電影院服務品質的品質要素特性研究,分為無差異品質,魅力品質,
一維品質,必要品質,我們要判斷哪項服務屬於哪個類型,這個將可以讓電影院端,萃取
潛在的客戶需求,與確認客戶需求的一般性。
而我們需要透過正反面問題的問卷,以及我們所提供的選項來判斷,選項和問題的方式
是kano model既有必需的樣式,而每個選項都對我們的研究有所幫助。
