彩子（綾瀬はるか）從周遭的人那裏聽到的越多，就越不了解
日高（高橋一生）這個人。盡是一些跟瘋狂殺手差很多的評價。
難道他是為了守護誰而殺人？或者是，他根本不是犯人呢──。
而陸（柄本佑）突然來拜訪日高＜彩子＞。陸對同居人彩子＜日高＞
最近的行為感到可疑，很在意偶然間看到的她所使用的置物櫃，擅自
調查之後發現有一封給日高的信，於是來找他。
同時，コ・アース公司發生騷動。日高社長是連續殺人事件的嫌疑犯、
以及事件相關的詳細內容等等，警察未公開的情報在SNS上擴散，掀起
對公司的負面聲浪。究竟是誰洩漏搜查情報？
另一方面，被上司發現使用強制以及不當搜查手段而被調離第一線的
河原（北村一輝）仍然懷疑著彩子與日高的關聯。在調查過程中，查
到某個漫畫的角色…。
