Alicia的生氣並不是因為她跟Finn有愛情存在，
她之所以堅持是因為她先對別人有了承諾
要先清楚一件事，她其實並不願意出來參選州檢察官，
她會出來選是因為Castro搞不清楚Alicia吃軟不吃硬的個性，
如果今天還有第三方出來選，Alicia根本不願意跳出來扛這個擔子
Peter、Eli等人的想法並沒有錯，因為他們是政客，他們的出發點考量就是
從選戰的角度去出發，從這角度去出發看開頭介紹由身為州長的Peter
直接介紹就可以了，效果直接明瞭。
而事實上也是如此，報紙上根本沒人注意Finn的存在。
但有件事要明白，Alicia是個母親、是個律師，但是她還不是政客
Alicia為什麼會跟Peter生氣，因為夫妻結婚多年，Peter還是不懂Alicia的堅持，
這也是為何Alicia會把往事拿出來罵，只要是她認為對的事情她就會去爭取，
就好比Peter的補充詞:
