改編自同名漫畫的真人版電影《神劍闖江湖》(るろうに剣心)去年上映後在日本創下29.8
億日幣的好票房後，電影公司也宣布明年暑假將連續推出2部續集《京都大火篇》、《傳
說的最後時刻篇》(伝説の最後編)，除了原班人馬佐藤健、武井咲、蒼井優等人都將繼續
扮演外，大反派志志雄真實也將亮相，而真人版則預定由《死亡筆記本》的男主角藤原龍
也出任。
而飾演男主角緋村劍心的佐藤健也在官網上，公開了最新片場側拍照，並且表示續集中他
的武打戲將更加激烈，也會有騎馬打鬥的戲份，十分有挑戰性。
