台灣北、中、南各地方都有非常多不同的文化，「辦桌」被說是最能代表臺灣在地文化的
一種筵席活動，舉凡婚喪喜慶、尾牙春酒、廟會慶典、地方選舉等，都能以「辦桌」的形
式來舉行宴請。「辦桌」其實包含了許多禁忌與禮節，甚至從菜色上就可看出主人宴客的
目的？！今天康熙來了就要在錄影現場「辦桌」，我們邀請了六位在「辦桌」界總舖師，
還有對「辦桌」很有研究的幾位來賓，來探討「辦桌」對於台灣人來說到底有什麼不可被
取代的意義呢？
