上週日接到中華電的客服說要幫我家的12M升級成50M，MOD升成豪華餐
價格不變然後綁約兩年，升級成功還送禮卷，
但我朋友都沒接到類似的電話，
請問有網友收到一樣的消息嗎??
我一直覺得是不是詐騙阿XDDD
