突然發現自己得了重病，而感到非常煩惱的萌奈美(今井美樹飾)，
雖然覺得現在唯一能依靠的就只有祐(草彅剛飾)，可是還是故作堅
強的對祐說自己沒事，並且與他道別。萌奈美決定要自己決定，如
何過剩餘的人生。
某一天，理惠(白羽百合飾)要求萌奈美陪自己到山形去買啟翁櫻，
萌奈美原本已經拒絕，可是後來連航一(高嶋政伸飾)都拜託她去，
萌奈美也只好答應。不過就在出發當天，理惠突然有事不能去，結
果萌奈美只好獨自一人到山形去...
