Tony has been working out all summer.

McGee, by putting in extra work (such as working himself to upgrade the NCIS
computer network when the union workers refused during the air conditioning
blackout) earns a promotion to field agent. By the end of the
episode, he earns a promotion to full-time field agent and is assigned to
Gibbs's team.

Gibbs destroys cell phones regularly and is convinced that all he has to do
is ask Tony and Kate to "reboot" them to get new ones.

McGee and Abby hack into the Pentagon's computer system.

McGee has a little sister.

Tony did undercover work in Baltimore.

At some point, Abby gave Gibbs advice: "All you had to do was ask."
He considers her one of the smartest people he knows.

Ducky is still workiing on the jigsaw bodies, and discovers in this episode
that there are in fact three bodies.

Kate plans for children someday; Tony definitely doesn't.
