Sydney Bristow接下此任務 決心要拿下Scofield!
另一方面Company因為勢力滲透國家太多
美國政府察覺這樣會動搖國本 就交由CTU出馬解決這個麻煩
Jack Bauer卯上Kim與Mahone!
而在巴拿馬逃亡的T-Bag在當地持續作惡 殺了不少無辜民眾
當地政府只好求助於美國的BAU小組
T-bag是否能躲過Gideon的profile呢?
Scofield跟Linc開著他們的船躲避追殺
無料卻因為遇上天災 發生了船難
於是飄流到一個荒蕪人煙小島
後來竟發現島上有人 而且在此島已經求救了十幾年
Scofield對島上的Jack說...
Scofield: I'm getting you out of here!
Jack : It's impossible.
Scofield : Not if you designed the place, it isn't.
Jack : Have you seen the chart(航海圖)?
Scofield : Better than that. I've got them on me.
