We are contacting you to update you on the current status of your Star Trek
Online account. We have very recently discovered a game-breaking gameplay bug
that has been causing stability issues with the Star Trek Online servers. Our
investigation shows that your account is one of the few accounts affected by
this issue, and we have been forced to temporarily suspend access to this
account while we implement a fix.

Please understand that this issue is through no fault of your own, and we are
not attempting to punish or otherwise take action against the account in any
negative manner. Unfortunately, we will not be able to allow access to the
account until the underlying gameplay bug has been addressed. Our current
estimate suggests the account may be locked up to 48 hours while a fix is put
into place.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter, and apologize for
any inconvenience that this may cause. In light of this issue, we will be
granting the items from the ongoing "End of Summer" Giveaway Event to the
account, as you will not be able to log in and claim them on your own during
this period. We are also investigating other potential forms of compensation
for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused.

Once this high priority issue has been addressed, we will inform you when the
account becomes available once again. Please keep an eye on your e-mail for
more information regarding this matter.
