一個小時前在英國國家電視獎（National Television Awards）
Outstanding Drama Performance的連線得獎感言中，Tennant宣佈，五
集special episodes後演Doctor的人就不是他了。這五集會在明年底和
後年初播放。

離開的理由是說他本來就只打算演三年，也想要在大家還沒膩之前留下
一個好印象，另外也因為兩位執行製作離開讓他覺得時機差不多了。勞
資雙方訪問看起來是和平分手，都說對方好話:p
