柾樹（內田朝陽飾）發現加賀美屋的經營出現嚴重問題，希望能進行改革，但柾樹強硬的
作法引起諸多不滿。尤其是揭發大廚篠田（草見潤平飾）收回扣的事，大廚憤而離去，讓
加賀美屋面臨無法做出料理的窘境。
這時候香津乃（草笛光子飾）出面，要大家同心協力解決問題，甚至叫原本當過廚師的久
則（鈴木正幸飾）也下廚。阿環（宮本信子飾）也到女人不准進去的廚房幫忙，加上夏美
（比嘉愛未飾）、惠美子（雛形明子飾）等人的幫忙，終於讓加賀美屋渡過了難關...
