由山下敦弘導演、宮藤官九郎編劇，將在2023年夏天上映的日版《消失的情人節》，題名
在昨天確定為《1秒先の彼》，當天宣布了男女主角分別由岡田将生與清原果耶雙主演。
日版的故事舞台將設定在京都，並且把男女主角的設定對調（這次的片名可說是部分沿用
了台版的在日譯名《1秒先の彼女》，可能也因此才沒在宣布翻拍時就公布以避免破梗），
岡田飾演超級急性子的郵局職員ハジメ，清原飾演動作總是比別人慢一拍的レイカ，為了
能多見單戀對象ハジメ一眼，レイカ常常藉故到郵局去寄信，山下導演也表示，當「男女
主角設定對調」這個點子浮現時，自然而然想到的就是這兩位演員，而這也是岡田和清原
繼2019年的晨間劇《夏空》演兄妹後再次共演。

原本知道有宮官就一定會看了，現在看到男女主角又覺得更加吸引人了！
宮官之前也提到會加入更多人生的苦澀、挫折，這一次又重申不會只是翻拍。自己看到男
女主角設定互換的部分後，是很期待能走出和原作不一樣的路的。
