陽性（唐氏症）的孕婦高山透子（初音映莉子）和丈夫光弘
（石田卓也）來找鴻鳥（綾野剛）看診。
向透子和光弘說明關於確定檢查的羊水檢查的鴻鳥，告訴他
們對於腹中的小孩「兩人必須要一起面對、一起決定」，面
對動搖不安的透子和光弘，鴻鳥依偎著跟他們說「讓我們一
起思考以後的事吧」。
另一方面，鴻鳥和今橋（大森南朋）一起為另一組接受出生
前診斷的夫妻明代（涼）和信英（近藤公園）做諮詢。這對
夫妻的胎兒羊水檢查結果也是唐氏症。在鴻鳥和今橋的面前
，明代說出了自己的"某個決心"
對於這兩組夫妻的選擇，鴻鳥應該如何面對、如何陪伴他們
呢。
面對為了生命而煩惱的Persona成員們，鴻鳥說出了自己的
"某個想法"－－。
