發音的不同 - 韓劇

這幾天在重看"My Girl"
突然想到我已經就一直很納悶的問題
但是因為身邊朋友都不會韓文
不知道可不可以請問一下板上的大家
哥哥的發音阿
為什麼有時候是" O BA"
有時候又是 "阿拉不及" <-----不是這個發音我搞錯了
( 對不起我記成是阿拉不及 > <!!! 可是真的是另外一個發音 對不起大家!!!!!)
裕玲和世琁叫功燦發音都不一樣
以前看其他韓劇時也有這樣的疑問
是有通用?還是有一定的用法啊??
