看《名偵探柯南：紺青之拳》前要知道什麼 - 電影

如題
最近二輪要上《名偵探柯南：紺青之拳》了，據說不錯所以想看看，
但我跟柯南原作不熟，只知道：
柯南本來叫新一，被不知名人士灌藥水(?)後變成小學生的樣子，
女朋友叫毛利蘭，爸爸是開偵探事物所的叫毛利小五郎，
然後有個胖胖的警官很常出現。
就醬。
也就是說我只有最基本的人設知道
( 而且只知道上面提到的幾位，
其它什麼怪盜基德之類的腳色都是聽過名字 但不曉得該角色的身分或者在幹嘛的。)
其他一概不知。
請問這樣跑去看"紺青之拳"的話看得懂嗎?
如果不行，我看之前需要認識哪些角色? 可以提供角色名嗎?
