君嶋隼人(大泉洋飾)原本是任職於大型汽車製造商「常磐汽車」總公司的菁英員工。就在
周圍的人都覺得他有機會升遷為幹部時，卻因為反對上司瀧川(上川隆也飾)主導的企業收
購案，被降職調往府中工廠當總務部長。
就在君嶋初次前往被調任的工廠時，竟發現自己還兼任了公司旗下橄欖球隊「太空人隊」
的球團總經理！雖然「太空人隊」曾經是實力堅強的球隊，但近年來的成績不僅每況愈下
，公司每年花在他們身上的預算還高達14億圓！陷入低潮的橄欖球隊與被公司流放的君嶋
，究竟該如何東山再起，逆轉人生呢…？
