天文台於今日（6月1日）凌晨3時15分及5時15分，先後發出雷暴警告及黃色暴雨警告訊號，至早上9時55分及早上8時兩警告訊號分別取消。其間在早上約7時，有網民拍得屯門和田邨一中層單位被雷電劈中，更爆出火光，場面嚇人。
片段所見，當時一道閃電劃破長空，劈向和田邨一中層單位，在短短1秒內單位更疑遭劈中2次，其間出現火光。相隔半秒後，耳邊隨即傳來雷聲巨響。網民看畢片段後紛紛留言，稱「打中左個單位」、「條電轉個90度彎劈埋去」、「好似打中左人地屋企喔，識轉彎咁恐怖嘅」。
根據天文台資料，今日凌晨零時至今早11時，本港共發生12,367次雲對地的閃電。
不可能，一定是有個王八蛋在附近！
