】、【非禮勿弒】)的電影。多重人格的這個心理疾病一直引起醫界和科學家的研究興趣
，但有一學說指出多重性格的人可以根據他不同的人格特性在主導時能夠改變生理與記憶
的狀態。
雖然凱文（詹姆斯麥艾維 飾）已被他信任的心理醫生佛萊契博士（貝蒂芭克利 飾）證實
擁有23個人格，但還有一個主宰支配所有人格的人格尚未顯現。凱文為了在所有人格的戰
爭中存活下去，他不得不故的意去綁架三年少女其中包括觀察入微的凱西（安雅泰勒喬伊
【女巫】），就在現實與幻想的世界即將崩解下，他必須想盡辦法戰勝逃出。
