開朗溫暖型的男主角 - 韓劇

本身看的韓劇不多 最近看了一齣講有關心臟手術的故事"嶄新的心"
被劇中的男主角池城的角色給吸引 樂觀開朗的個性 加上對病人及同事的關心
尤其對劇中唯一的同學 也就是女主角 難過時給予安慰 唱歌跳舞逗她笑
慢慢的融化一開始 待人處事冰冷的女主角而愛上他
雖然這部戲主要在描述醫院內外科醫生之間的衝突及黑暗面 而且刻化的也不太好
但覺得這種類型的男女主角還蠻吸引我的
一時想到的還有"冠軍醫生" 男主角鄭糠云的角色也很棒 為了金素妍默默付出及守候
也漸漸贏得女主角的芳心 不再當他是大男孩 而友情方面也刻畫得很棒
接觸過的韓劇 基本上都是富家冰山男的故事居多
想請問是否有好看的溫暖型男主角 漸漸融化女主角的韓劇呢?
