小弟我也有幾點意見想表達與分享:
1.我是醫師,對於邱醫師的講法,手術部份不予置評,那本來就是個人需求問題
是針對有需要快速瘦身,困難減肥,或需要局部雕塑的人
至於熱量控制那邊倒是贊同
三餐不吃吃消夜,我想應該只是他舉比較極端的講法
只要你不是吃完消夜馬上就去睡,對腸胃不會有太大問題
(如果吃消夜是十點,看完康熙,然後再上一下ptt,就十二點了!
兩小時對大多數人來說消化是夠的,但吸收不敢說:p)
以前人說不要吃消夜,那是因為當年的時代,大家都十點就睡啊 XD
(但是我要自婊一下,我除非熬夜值班,不然也不吃消夜:p)
2.膽固醇有分好幾種
HDL (High density Lipoprotein) 高密度膽固醇
LDL (Low) 低密度膽固醇
VLDL(Very Low) 非常低密度膽固醇
(還有IDL, chylomicros...不贅述)
簡單的說,LDL就是會造成你血管硬化的主因,是壞膽固醇
至於HDL則是會帶走血管的油脂,反而是好膽固醇
(有興趣者可以自己再神一下)
因此節目中邱醫師說的,我想他的意思指的應該是要看膽固醇比例
而不是只是單看"總膽固醇"
3.我最胖79公斤,後來有度最瘦瘦到59公斤,後來覺得太瘦不好看
就吃東西加重訓,變胖回來,現在大約65~66公斤之間(p.s. 我172公分)
我當時怎麼瘦的?
我其實是相信熱量攝取的那一套
Delta(每日熱量差) = 每日攝取熱量 扣掉
(基礎代謝率 + 體內代謝所需熱量 + 生活額外所需熱量(日常工作,運動所消耗的))
每天三餐(1)至少有一餐全吃蔬果,其他兩餐跟原本的量一樣
或是(2)每餐都要"先吃"水果之後 再吃飯
(至於吃什麼水果是很有講究的,昨天邱醫師說的倒是沒錯,
蘋果,芭樂等水果,在相同體積下,與其他水果相比,所含的糖份較低,
香蕉含的澱粉類太高,至於西瓜跟柳橙很糟糕的,跟喝糖水沒兩樣...
我個人是去大賣場買整袋蘋果回來吃,
然後跟自己鼓勵說:"等我吃完一噸蘋果就會瘦了 XD"
去買水果都會跟老闆說:"幫我挑越不甜的越好:p")
chyoppa大說的纖維質會讓人有飽足感是很正確的
我個人覺得這就是不開刀的胃束帶法 :p
本來可以裝一個便當的胃,吃完水果後,你只有半個便當的胃口了...
另外運動還是很重要的
我星期一三五每天跑三千公尺
星期二四六去游泳
(以上是大學時減肥的時候啦,而且是晚上下課後,現在工作又累又沒時間...
請不要戰我"有沒有醫生很閒的八掛?" = =)
運動才會增加基礎代謝率,有肌肉更是可以增加消耗量
不多說了@_@ 這裡是康熙版 不是減肥版
