霍斯特基金會告Zimmer抄襲 - 電影配樂

知名的英國作曲家霍斯特（行星組曲作者）家族基金會
控告Hans Zimmer抄襲霍斯特的「火星」，認為Zimmer
他在「神鬼戰士」的音樂中，用了火星的音樂動機，而
Zimmer本身也曾經說過，這部作品與「火星」用了同樣
的語言，同樣的字彙，只是語法不同。

Zimmer的律師則辯稱，「神鬼戰士」是全球知名的作品
，沒有一點是「火星」的翻版，只要聽過兩部作品，任
何人都不會說他們相像。
