[Scene: ATM vestibule.]
[場景：提款機室]

Chandler: (chewing gum) Ah, let's see. What next? Blow a bubble.
A bubble's good. It's got a... boyish charm,
it's impish. Here we go.
(嚼口香糖)啊，看看。接下來呢？吹個泡泡。泡泡不錯。
有一種...孩子氣的魅力，很頑皮。開始吧。

(Chandler waits until Jill is looking, then starts to blow a bubble.
But instead of blow one, he accidentally spits the gum out of his mouth
and hits the wall.)
（錢德等到吉兒看過來，然後開始吹泡泡。
不但沒有吹成功，他還不小心地把口香糖從嘴吧吹到了牆上）

Chandler: Nice going, imp. OK, it's OK.
All I need to do is reach over and put it in my mouth.
(Chandler slyly grabs the gum from the wall
and slides it back in his mouth.)
做的好，頑皮。好，沒關係。我要做的只是走過去，把它放回嘴巴裡。
（錢德狡猾地抓住口香糖然後滑回嘴裡）

Chandler: Good save! We're back on track, and I'm...
(grimacing) ..chewing someone else's gum.
This is not my gum. Oh my God! Oh my God! And now you're choking.
救的好！我們回到正事，我在...（鬼臉）...嚼別人的口香糖。
這不是我的口香糖。喔天啊！天啊！你要噎著了！

(Chandler starts to choke.)

Jill: Are you alright?
你還好吧？

(Chandler tries to save face and makes the 'OK' sign with his hands,
while obviously unable to breathe.)
（錢德試著修正表情，用手比出還好，但他很顯然不能呼吸）

Jill: My God, you're choking! (she runs over and gives him the Heimlich,
the gum flies from his mouth) That better?
天啊，你噎著了！（她跑過去對他使用哈姆力克急救法，
口香糖從他嘴裡飛出來）好點了嗎？

Chandler: (gasping) Yes... thank you. That was... that was....
（喘著氣）好...謝謝你。那真的...那真的...

Jill: Perfection?
再好不過？

[Scene: Monica and Rachel's, Rachel and Paolo are at the window.
Ross and Joey are watching disgustedly.]
[莫妮卡和瑞秋家，瑞秋和保羅正在窗邊。羅斯和喬伊作噁地看著他們。]

Paolo: (something romantic in Italian about Rachel and the stars)

Ross: (mocking Paolo) Blah blah blah, blah blah blah... blah blaaaaaah....
（嘲諷保羅）吧啦吧啦吧啦，吧啦吧啦吧啦...吧啦吧啦...

(Rachel walks away from Paolo, laughing.)
（瑞秋離開保羅，笑著）

Ross: Wha-What did he say that was so funny?
他說了什麼那麼好笑？

Rachel: I have absolutely no idea.
我完全沒有頭緒。

Ross: That's... that's classic.
這...這太經典了。

Rachel: (to Monica and Phoebe) Oh my God, you guys, what am I doing?
What am I doing? This is so un-me!
（對莫妮卡和菲碧）喔天啊，你們幾個，我在做什麼？
我在做什麼？這一點都不像我！

Monica: If you want, I'll do it.
你不要就換我來。

(Ross looks at Joey.)
（羅斯看向喬伊）

Phoebe: I know, I just want to bite his bottom lip.
(Rachel looks at her) But I won't.
我知道，我只是想要咬他的下唇。（瑞秋看她一眼）但我不會。

Rachel: God, the first time he smiled at me...
those three seconds were more exciting than
three weeks in Bermuda with Barry.
天啊，他第一次對我微笑...

Phoebe: You know, did you ride mopeds? 'Cause I've heard...
(they stare at her)...oh, I see... it's not about that right now. OK.

Rachel: Y'know, I know it's totally superficial
and we have absolutely nothing in common,
and we don't even speak the same language but Goooooooddddddd....

[Cut to the other side of the apartment,
Ross has gone over to straighten things out with Paolo.]
[跳到公寓的另一邊，羅斯走向保羅要把事情解決。]

Ross: Paolo. Hi.
保羅，嗨。

Paolo: Ross!
羅斯！

(Ross notices that Paolo is standing on a step, which makes him taller.
Ross gets up on the same step so he can look down at Paolo.)
（羅斯注意到保羅站在一個台階上，看起來比較高。
羅斯也踏上同一階，他才能俯瞰保羅）

Ross: Listen. Um, listen. Something you should... know... um,
Rachel and I... we're kind of a thing.
聽著。嗯，有件事你應該...知道...嗯，瑞秋和我...我們算是那個

Paolo: Thing?
那個？

Ross: Thing, yes. Thing.
那個，對，那個。

Paolo: Ah, you... have the sex?
啊，你們...有性關係？

Ross: No, no, no. Technically the... sex is not... being had,
but that's... see, that's not the point.
See, um, the point is that... Rachel and I should be, er, together.
You know, and if you get in the.... um...
不不不，技術上...性方面...沒有，但是那...看，那不是重點。

Paolo: Bed?
上床？

Ross: No, no, that's not where I was going.
Er, if you get in the... way, of us becoming a thing,

[Scene: ATM vestibule, Chandler and Jill are sitting below the counter
with two pens dangling from their chains in front of them.
Jill is showing Chandler how to swing the pen around his head.]
[場景：提款機室，錢德和吉兒坐在櫃檯下，有兩支筆用鏈子吊在他們面前，
吉兒正在示範怎麼讓筆繞著頭轉給錢德看]

Jill: Chandler, we've been here for an hour doing this! Now watch, it's easy.
錢德，我們已經在這裡做這個做了一個鐘頭了！看好，很簡單的。

Chandler: OK.

Jill: Ready? (she swings the pen around her head in a circle)
準備囉？（她讓筆繞著頭畫圈圈）

(Chandler tries to do the same thing but the pen hits him in the head.)
（錢德試著做一樣的動作，但筆打到他的頭）

Jill: No, you've got to whip it.
不對，你要甩一下。

(He swings the pen hard, and it snaps back and almost hits him again.)
（他用力把筆盪過去，但它彈回來，差點又打到他）

[Scene: Monica and Rachel's, the gang is all sitting around the table.]
[場景：莫妮卡和瑞秋家，大家都坐在桌子旁邊。]

Phoebe: Oh, look look look. The last candle's about to burn out.
10, 9, 8, 7... (time lapse)...
negative 46, negative 47, negative 48....
(someone blows it out, the room gets completely dark)
喔，看看看。最後一支蠟燭要燒完了。十、九、八、七...（時間經過）
...負46、負47、負48...（有人把它吹熄，整個房間都黑掉）

Ross: Thank you.
謝謝你

Phoebe: Thanks.
謝啦

Ross: Kinda... spooky without any lights.
有點...怪怪的，沒有光

Joey: (does a maniacal laugh) Bwah-hah-hah!
（瘋狂地笑）布哇哈哈哈！

(Everyone starts to imitate him.)
（每個人開始模仿他）

Ross: OK, guys, guys? I have the definitive one. Mwwwooooo-hah-hah...
好，大夥，大夥？我這個是最像的，哞哇哈哈哈...

(The lights come back on, and Rachel and Paolo are making out.
Ross clutches his chest.)
（電燈亮起，瑞秋和保羅正在親熱，羅斯揪住自己胸口）

Ross: Oh.. oh... oh.
喔...喔...喔

Joey: Hey Ross. This probably isn't the best time to bring it up,
but you have to throw a party for Monica.
嘿，羅斯，這大概不是提起這件事的好時機，但你要幫莫妮卡辦個派對。

[Scene: ATM vestibule, the power has come back on.]

Jill: Well, this has been fun.

Jill: Well, goodbye Chandler. I had a great blackout.
(she kisses him on the cheek) See ya.

(She leaves. Chandler presses his face to the glass door after her,
stroking the window lovingly.
He then turns to the security camera and starts talking to it.)
（她離開，錢德接著把臉貼在玻璃門上，曖昧的敲著門。
然後他轉向保全攝影機，開始對它說話）

Chandler: Hi, um, I'm account number 7143457.
And, uh, I don't know if you got any of that,
but I would really like a copy of the tape.
嗨，嗯，我的帳戶號碼是7143457。
然後，呃，我不知道你有沒有拍到，但我真的很想要拷一卷。
