本集重點: 一個名字團團轉~~


片頭, 樂聲中有人下著廚...
但是某片被丟進湯裡的東西超像耳朵的!!!
之後, 廚師一邊剪著信用卡, 一邊把信用卡碎屑當香菜一樣灑進湯裡.
鏡頭轉向一名被銬住&耳朵被割下的受害者,
廚師盛起一湯匙他特製的湯品強迫受害者喝下......

鏡頭轉往貨車場, 布拔帶著烤魚和囧尼來到了現場~~
布拔: ... The gate guard saw some unusual "ooze" at the back
of the truck. He notified the truck driver, the driver
jumped out to check, and then call to us.
囧尼: What's the code of such a case?
烤魚: 6-6-6. Indicating it's either a joke or a hell.
卡車司機: Yeah, I'll bet 100% on the hell part!
三人看著眼前的卡車, 封著的後車門滲出大片紅色液體...
烤魚: Is this your... um... "ooze"?
卡車司機: (點頭)
囧尼: Looks like blood.
烤魚: Smells like blood.
囧尼: Okay, open it out. (一堆絞碎的東西嘩啦嘩啦掉了出來)
(囧尼撿出一段血肉糢糊的東西) Possible body part.
Looks like it went through a cheese
烤魚: (發現某個商標) Cafe Perka. Cappucino machine.
I was thinking to buy one.
囧尼: (撿起另一個殘片) A piece of plastic radio?
烤魚: (繼續翻) Bicycle bell. Guess the rest of bicycle is
somewhere there (指眼前的碎屑垃圾山).
What this looks like?
囧尼: Credit car?
烤魚: It looks like a credit card.
囧尼: Chopped credit card, coffee machine, and shreded body
parts. That's all what this is?
布拔: Hey, guys. (拿手電筒照眼前的垃圾山)
Not something you see everyday. (燈光打在一顆眼球上)
Here's a looking at you, kid.

囧尼跟凱姐前往垃圾碎件廠, 機器轟隆轟隆
凱姐: Well, that's one way to clear paper jam!
工頭: Yeah! You won't believe how many things we need to
destroy every day! Now, you guys said something about
body parts?
囧尼: Yes! We found some shereded body parts in one truck out
from here. We believe this is where the thing happened.
工頭: Got to be some mistake! Here's a lot shreded stuff!
Somebody watches Super Bowl, right? All those t-shirts?
"We're No. 1." Here's where they become No. 2.
凱姐: Does it include human?
工頭: No, we don't shred people.
凱姐: Maybe someone fall in?
工頭: It's impossible. The machine will automatically shut down.
囧尼: Well, you'll need to shut all them down now so that we
can take a look!
工頭: You guys got a warrant?
小葛: (從後方出現) Hey, got one over here.

機器停止運轉啦, 囧尼開始東探西查, 小葛跟工頭看監視錄影器
工頭: Most of out clients send their stuff in packs of bins.
The rest is our job to put the things inside the machine.
(畫面出現一台機械車把顧客用垃圾桶裡面的垃圾倒進攪拌器)
That's it. Like I just said, no one fell in.
小葛: Well, maybe it's not necessary. Since everything is
packed in the bins untill dump into the machine...
If I'm going to get rid of a body, it seems like a good
way to go.
此時囧尼在某個攪拌器中找到了其他的身體殘片......

小哈,小葛跟莎拉來到現場...
小葛: (看著散佈四周龐大的垃圾量) All these come from one truck
with the body parts inside?
莎拉: Yeah, looks like we'll have a long day.
小葛: You really singed for this?
小哈: Yeah. Because my recent bruch-the-teeth-of-T-Rex field trip
is the only thing got me unmad.
莎拉: Still got Wendy out of your mind, huh?
小哈: Yeah...
莎拉: Believe me, I got it. Two bouts of times, it tooks a while.
小葛: I know what you need, H. Put a night out of town.
莎拉: Yeah!
小哈: When?
小葛無言回話, 求救的看著莎拉...
莎拉: All right, we got paper, metal and... "yuck".
Let's call it that, okay? Shall we?
三人猜拳, 莎拉剪刀, 另外兩個出石頭~~
莎拉: I got "yuck".

莎拉撿肉乾, 小哈挑紙類碎片, 小葛處理金屬類的東西~~

局裡, 法醫室.
羅賓爺爺: Lady Catherine. Always the light.
凱姐: Why, because I always have a good mood?
羅賓爺爺: Well, I'm enjoy anthor puzzle again and this one is
grade A. You seem to have a good mood yourself.
Anything happenes? You have... a certain glow.
凱姐: (瞇眼) Hadges opens his big mouth again.
羅賓爺爺: Detective Vartan is a good man.
凱姐: Can we, um...
羅賓爺爺: ... Suggested our victim is DBS.
凱姐: DBS?
羅賓爺爺: Dead before shred.
凱姐: C.O.D.?
羅賓爺爺: ... well, the edge of the bone is...
凱姐: You're thinking internal bleed?
羅賓爺爺: More than thinking. I found this. (出示一片骨頭)
凱姐: Whoa, bullet shell. You know, Greg found a buller piece
as well......

烤魚在辦公室中拆信, 有一封來自Nevada Department of Correction.
烤魚嘆口氣拆開了信:
"Thinking of you. XO. Nate", 隨信的是一顆kidney bean...
烤魚一怒揉爛那封信丟到地板上.

莎拉經過走進來.
莎拉: Everything all right?
烤魚: What? Oh, yeah, I'm fine, it's just... um...
(注意到莎拉的濕頭髮) You went swimming?
莎拉: Oh, shower. We just went through a mountain of gabbage
together with body parts. I, um, I still smell, right?
烤魚: You would not want the answer.
莎拉: All right. Does this looks like the credit part you pull
out from the truck last night? Hodges found it and they
seems more finely diced than other stuff.
烤魚: Yeah... (有點心不在焉)
莎拉: You're sure you all right?
烤魚: (點頭)
莎拉: Oh, you... dropped your bean. (蹲下身把豆子撿起來)
烤魚接過豆子, 看著抬頭看他的莎拉勉強擠出一笑, 莎拉離開.

小葛跟囧尼在走廊上走著~~
小葛: No hits in CODIS. All we know is he is a white male.
囧尼: It would be hard to identify this guy anyway.
He's in thosands of pieces. (兩人走進小哈實驗室)
小哈: Pieces may be all we need as long as it is the critical
one. I ran through the credit card pieces that G and I
found in the garbage field. (轉身拿東西)
囧尼: (挑眉看著小葛) G?
小葛笑笑聳肩
小哈: So I found xxx, ooo, sulfate zzz...
囧尼: Stomach scid.
小哈: Yes, along with ooo, xxx, yyy...
囧尼: Spill it out, H.
小哈: Quahog clams.
囧尼: Are you saying our victim are his credit card?
小葛: Or someone made him ate it!
小哈: I tried to identify the holder of the credit card.
But we may not need to put all of the pieces together,
since we have this... (夾起信用卡碎片,出示背面磁條)
囧尼: The magnetic strip. Card holder's name will appear on
that repeatedly, all we need is only a few pieces!
小哈: Our victim's last supper my tell us who he is.

小葛把四片碎片黏在一起後刷讀卡機...
小葛: Larry LeMote. No way!
囧尼: You know this guy?
小葛: Yeah, if it's the Larry LeMote! "How much you'll pay
for a peace of mind?" "Protect your identity with I.
D. Preserve."... I just sent it out last week.
囧尼: Since when you care about ID security?
小葛: ... All we are zeros and ones.

布拔跟烤魚前往I. D. Preserve.,
布拔跟烤魚說他們聯繫過Larry LeMote的家中, 無人回應...
Elaine: Hey, what can I help you?
布拔: I'm detective Brass, we're looking for Larry LeMote.
Elaine: Oh, I'm sorry. He's busy now and is not available.
布拔: Is it? And who are you?
Elaine: Elaine Trevace. I'm his secretary.
Julius: I'm the security of Larry Lemote. I'm Julius Kaplan.
What can I help you?
烤魚: Do you know where your boss is?
Julius: He's on vacation and unfortunately it's a place having
no way to contact. Why?
布拔: We think your boss may be dead.
Larry: (出現在門邊) What can I help you?
烤魚: You are?
Larry: I'm Larry LeMotte.
烤魚: (看看電視螢幕上強力放送的影片) You're Larry LeMotte?
Larry: Yes, I am. Do I hear you gentlemen correctly that I'm
dead?

大家進入辦公室中~~
布拔: You look younger on TV.
Larry: And more handsome, right? Marketing 101!
烤魚: So who's the guy on TV?
Larry: Wesley! Works in the mail room. So what about my death?
布拔: Well, we're going to tell your head of security when you
appear... We found a dead body getting a shot on the head.
The credit card is on your name.
Larry: My name?
布拔: Yeah.
Larry: I don't understand.
布拔: Did anyone steal your card?
Larry: Well, detective, do you know how many people......
烤魚: Mr. LaMote. If someone stole your card and then died, it
raises serious questions to us.
Larry: Like what?
布拔: Well, if someone steal your identity, it couldn't be good
for your business.
Larry: I'm the victim here. Thousands of people relied on us to
protect their identity. We earned xxxx last year!
Julius: In other words, why should we care to chase after a
credit card thief?
烤魚: Because someone who killed this guy may think they killed
the real Larry LaMote.
布拔: Do you have any enemy, Larry?
Larry: Thousands of them. Like you, detective, and hundreds of
other officers who wearing badges, I wear the trust of
people...
布拔: It will be easier to have a list.
Larry: Elaine!
Julius: (敲敲玻璃窗, Elaine趕緊跑進來)
Larry: The officers want to look at our offender files.
(Elaine去準備)
Don't worry. Our brother in law enforcement will give
this a discount.

囧尼: Larry LeMote has a lot of enemies, but mostly are his
clients.
They said they are protecting peoples' identities, but
their credit card numbers are stolen and used in Nigiria.
凱姐: You know, what happened in Nigiria stays in Nigiria.
囧尼: Yeah, they claimed it is simply a mistake. But some people
don't buy it.
凱姐: Lee Devires... accounting for 6 months... just got out last
week.
囧尼: He knows someone in shred company as well...
I'll call Brass. (轉身離開)
凱姐: Nick, I think you agreed to see the departmental mentor?
囧尼: We did. I went.
凱姐: I think we talked this before...
囧尼: I ate and sleep well now. Healthy body, healthy mind,
right? Look, I can sit there and talk all my feelings.
It's just not my thing.
凱姐: (嘆氣) You sure about that?
囧尼: Positive.

布拔詢問Lee Devires.
布拔:... let me put this simple, did you put any body in the
shredder recently?
All right! Stand up, Stand up! Back up! Back up!
Now sit at the chair, please.
Now I'm you, a more cooperative you.
All right, detective. You know I ran into Larry LeMote.
You know my history with him. Yeah, I gathered up that
bastard. That was the end of Larry LeMote. Question?
Lee: I have no idea what you're talking about.
布拔: That is not a question.
Lee: The guy is destroying my life. I signed up with I. D.
Preserve because I am afraid someone will steal my
identity, but then I start getting bills I cannot even
pay. The night you said I am with friends.
布拔: You got alibi?
Lee: Yes. Six of em' Thanks to Larry LeMote, there's a dozen
of guy out there.

小哈跟小葛~~
小哈: You ran the credit card we found?
小葛: Yeah, on a computer and a bullpen.
And, there's my computer and my number.
There are companies outside doing this... but...
I got a little paranoid.
I can't believe I trust those guys.
小哈: Yeah. Like you went a science camp, you met some girl.
You even went out to watch a movie together.
One day she offered a hair-cut. And you need one...
So why not? But then you found there's a sketch book
about you that is sending around by him...
小葛: Hodges. That's not the same.
小哈: No, It's not. G. I was feeling you. So what about the
bullet shell?
小葛: Once upon a time. it hits some guy. The end.
But, I do find something else... (出示顯微鏡)
小哈: Looks old.
小葛: It is. And it's different from the buller shell.
小哈: So, the older fragement is come from a different gun.
小葛: Yes, but it can still come from the same victim.
小哈: How?
小葛解釋說人體組織有時候受傷後會包裹住侵入的物件,
稱為encapsulation...
小葛: So far we haven't find a way to identify our shredder
guy.
小哈: Maybe this shred evidence will help.

烤魚跟莎拉討論案件
烤魚: Looks like Larry LeMote's hands aren't so clean.
莎拉: I checked the running of money from I. D. Preserve.
And guess who own the other account? Julius Kaplan.
Larry LeMote's head of security!
烤魚: All right, let's check their recycling bins.
兩人檢查I. D. Preserve所屬的會送到碎屑工廠的垃圾桶們...
莎拉: Oh, that's a lot of blood. I think we got a smoking
bag?

小葛正在跟凱姐解釋他們追蹤到的消費紀錄跟商店裡的監視錄影器,
也許可以幫助他們辨識被絞碎的受害者的身分~~
莎拉: Hey guys, Dr. Ray and I just found a lot of blood in
the recycle bins. We can't link it directly to Larry
LeMote. But we can go after the guy who touch the bin!

囧尼, 莎拉跟兩名員警去到了Julius Kaplan的房子......
囧尼發現某房間有著亮光~~
囧尼: Mitch!
兩人破門而入, 裡頭沒人, 但是明顯的囤積了許多巧達濃湯罐頭!
此時的莎拉跟另一名員警接近了游泳池邊,
看到了倒在躺椅上的Julius Kaplan.
莎拉: (用無線電通知囧尼) We got a body.
(看著趕到的囧尼) End of the line of Julius Kaplan.
囧尼: We also found the last meal of our shredder guy.

大衛來到現場, 驗屍後推測死亡時間約在5:00 pm.
死因是腦後側射擊的子彈穿過額頭斃命.
莎拉: Fly ball head left... going... going... got a warning
track. (彎腰撿子彈)
大衛: A baseball analougy, charming!
莎拉: Blame Grissom.
囧尼: (出現) Hey, who wants a beer?
莎拉+大衛: I am.
囧尼: So the neighbor next street has a survillance camera,
maybe we'll get lucky.
莎拉此時注意到泳池底的啤酒瓶, 把它撈了上來,
擺在血跡濺射的空白處...
囧尼: Looks like a match to me.
莎拉: So he sits next to the pool, turn around to get his
beer, and the killer take the chane to shot him in
a contact distance...
囧尼: He knows the killer.

布拔+烤魚與Larry+Elaine面對面~~
布拔: You heard about the death of Julius Kaplan.
Larry: Yes, I'm sorry. He's a royal guy. A hard-worker.
It's a loss to me.
烤魚: Oh, yeah. But I have a feeling that you knew about
this... (出示Julius的案底)
布拔: We ran his identity and it turns out his real name
is Julius xxxxx. Also known as "Julia Child" because
he cooks for his victims.
Larry: Needless to say, I am shocked.
烤魚: We are also able to put a face for our mysterious man.
Larry: Never seem him before.
布拔: That's a man who being put in your recycling bins.
Larry: Gentlemen, as you know, Julius is the one who dealt
with the shred company.
I lost a friend twice in one day!
Apparantly Julius is not the one I think he is.
I take this as a learning experience.
What Julius done is done by himself.
Like I said in my seminar. Assuming someone's name is
easy, assuming control of your life- that's hard.

阿奇跟凱姐說他們也許有辦法借住監視器路下的部分車牌追蹤到兇手.
囧尼告知凱姐說他發現射殺Julius Kaplan的Colt pistal,
跟一樁六年前的cold case吻合.
六年前, 某個在案巷裡被射擊的受害者被送到醫院,
醫院取出彈殼後, 痊癒的受害者卻一聲不響的從醫院消失了...
囧尼: A John Doe. Here is the shell from ER.

小葛檢查了那塊六年前的彈殼,
發現可以跟他發現的那塊傷疤組織包住的彈殼合在一起!

烤魚跟凱姐...
烤魚: All right, let me get this clear. It is the same
bullet that shot the John Doe six years ago as the
one we found inside the shredder guy?
凱姐: The John Doe and shredder guy are- were- the same
person.
烤魚: So shreddr guy disappeared from the hospital and then
came back to Las Vegas with Larry LaMote's stolen
credit card after 6 years?
凱姐: And he ran into Julius Kaplan. Who cooked him a special
meal and then shot him to death.
烤魚: Right. And Julius Kaplan is shot by the same gun.
None of these makes sense, Catherine.
凱姐: Yeah, why the shredder guy come back and mess aroung
Larry LeMote's backyard?
烤魚: Right.
凱姐: I don't know. Maybe he just want a free trip by Larry's
dime?
烤魚: Or, he wants Larry know he is back...
莎拉: Probably. We ran the face identification, and got a DMV
in Florida... Check the name on the driving license!
凱姐: (拿起檔案) Shredder gut is Larry LeMote?
莎拉: The real Larry LeMote.
烤魚: Well, if he is Larry LeMote, then who is the Larry LeMote?

布拔+烤魚詢問"Larry LeMote"
布拔: See this cartidge case?
烤魚: That's all the information we need to identify you.
You have a really impressive CV...
Bulgary, fraud, and, identity thieft.
布拔: Goodbye, Larry LeMote. Hello, Arlo Carten.
烤魚: We searched your house, and guess what we found?
A Colt pistal. It puts you in the alley six years ago.
You shot the back-then partner, the real Larry LeMote?
You thought he was dead. You thought it was safe to use
his name. It's a good name - unlike your own in the
system already.
布拔: You know, I can simply imagine this guy on the Mexico
boarder, saw a commercial on TV that using his name...
He must be quite pissed off.
烤魚: Larry called to offer "peace of mind" with price.
But you refused to pay.
布拔: Instead, you asked Julius Kaplan to make you a
discount.
烤魚: Which left only one thing to deal with...
Arlo: (笑) I didn't kill anyone.
Larry said he wants 5 million dollars.
I owed him. So I gave him the money.
I asked Julius to deliever the cash.
After that, I guess we all know what happened.
布拔: Always blaming the dead guy.
Arlo: I'm not the same guy in the alley, not anymore.
A man can change.
As for the gun? It proves nothing.
I have workers, I have all those people walking
around my house. ...
Yeah, I shot Larry LeMote. I stole his name. I left
him for dead. But I only killed him once.

囧尼告訴凱姐說確實有Arlo提領了錢的紀錄.
囧尼: ... so it is really possible that Julius wants to
get a free meal.
凱姐: The question is, we searched Julius house already.
Where is the five million.
阿奇: Hey, Cath. I got something.
(讓凱姐看電腦程式) We got a partial card number here...
The car was rent two days ago by a Mr. Lee Devries.

烤魚告訴凱姐說鄰居說Lee去探視女朋友了,
烤魚: He's heading to Mexico.
凱姐: Heading South?
烤魚: Got it. (打電話通知布拔)

警車團團圍住那台出租車...
布拔: Devries, came out of the car!
結果從車內走出來的卻是Elaine!
布拔: Step away from the car.
警方發現了滿滿現金的公事包就在車內......

回到局裡.
布拔: Information is currency, that's what they say.
And you turned it into cold-heart money.
烤魚: You have the access to every information.
You know everything about your boss.
You know the real Larry. You know about the black mail.
布拔: You even know "Julia Child" and his skill in the
kitchen. The thing about the quo is you don't want to
share.
Elaine: ...He was a pig. Just like my boss.
And the "quild pro quo" thing? It's a long time ago.
"Honey, can you grab me a cup of coffee?"
"Honey, can you took my clothes?"
"Sweetheart, can you come over my house tonight?"
"I need a little help"
Like you say, I know everything about my boss.
He ruined a lot of life, those people who trust him,
like Lee Devires.
A little justice for all of them is gonna worth
something. Information is currency, right?

囧尼跟凱姐結案~~
凱姐: You are going out?
囧尼: Yeah, grab a couple of beers. You want joing me?
凱姐: I have plan.
囧尼: Okay, bye~~

凱姐繼續往前走,
聽到資料被盜的小葛正在通電話與信用卡公司爭論...
小哈: It's unfortunate. We have a man date.
凱姐: It's a mandate?
小哈: No, A man-date. It was actually Greg's idea.
To help me putting Wendy behind.
You look very nice, do you have plans?
凱姐: Yes.
小哈: Oh, that's great then. (轉身要走)
凱姐: Hey, did you get your hair cut?
小哈: No, why? Did Greg happen to mention something.
凱姐: No. I mean. I didn't mention something about
science camp. But people are talking, you know.
(笑, 揮揮手走掉)

最後, 在儲物間裡, 烤魚正在檢視自己的腎臟手術刀疤...
莎拉: I can show you mine, but it might not be appropriate.
You hardly notice them.
烤魚: Scars?
莎拉: Yeah. Some scars heal faster than others.
烤魚: I got a letter from Nate Husckle the other day.
To remind me... he's thinking of me.
莎拉: The kidney beam? Don't let them get into your mind,
Dr. Ray.
烤魚: Well, unfortunately it's already in there.
莎拉: Everything bad happenes to us is part of us.
It took me a long time to realize, though, that it
hasn't to define who we are, we have to decide them.
Good night, Dr. Ray.
烤魚: Good night, Sarah.


本集心得: 1) 小哈啊......我已經不知道要說啥了......XDD

3) 我覺得這案子本身挺有趣的......不錯看的一集~~
