本集重點: THE list... XDD


片頭, 兩排犯人在員警陪同下走著,
黃衣跟紅衣交會, 其中一名黃衣犯人撇了紅衣的一眼...
某A: What are you looking at?
某B: No body asked, white bitch.
雙方迅速的打了起來, 員警忙著分開群鬥的人潮.
員警A: Hands on the wall! You hear me?
混亂的場面停止後, 一名紅衣的犯人死在血泊中.

烤魚和囧尼來到現場.
監獄負責人: CSI is coming in!
兩人走入, 鐵門拉上發出鏗鏘的聲響.
囧尼: I hate the sound.
監獄負責人: You guys might want to take off your jacket while
those guys are looking.
烤魚: Let them take a long, good look then.
囧尼: I'm good.

布拔已經等在屍體旁邊了, 他告知囧尼和烤魚說,
死者名為 Vance Tolmson, 入獄前是個警察,
罪名是謀殺自己的老婆Ann-Marrie, 她也是個警察...
烤魚: What was an ex-cop doing in a public prison?
監獄負責人: He was hoping to get a second trail. He did behave
well. Too bad.
布拔: Vance was always proud of being "bullet-proof."
囧尼: Well, unfortunately he is not stab-proof.
烤魚: We got shoe prints and track there. Maybe that can give us
some idea. (轉頭對犯人們喊) Listen up! I want your sneakers.
I want your coats. I want your DNA.
I want to see your hands. I want to see your eyes. This man
you killed is a cop!
This had better to be just an coincidence!

犯人A: My DNA was already in your system. Twice at least.
囧尼: But it wasn't me. That's why I need to collect your DNA.
(看著某身上有寫的犯人在搓血跡) Hey, hey, hey! Stop that!
烤魚: (看著不合作的犯人B) Take it off, don't make me ask you
again. You want some help?

羅賓爺爺跟大衛驗屍中, 凱姐走進來.
凱姐: Oh, Vance. Used to be a good-looking guy.
羅賓爺爺: Apparently, the COD is multuple sharp injuries.
凱姐: ... (查看凶器照片) It's a roughly triangular weapon.
羅賓爺爺: ... The trace matches with a right-handed assislant.

囧尼查看Vance的牢房, 東翻西翻翻到一本筆記本,
筆記本上寫著"The List"......
鏡頭掃過一些關鍵字:
"...sexually involvement with victim, Anne-Marrie."
"...Brass"
囧尼還在驚嚇中, 布拔出現在牢房門口.
布拔: Anything interesting?
囧尼: Hum, something, uh, like police bias...
I still have a lot things to do here.
I don't think I'll finish soon, so you don't need to wait.
布拔: (看到牆上的照片) I can't believe a man who killed his wife
would still put her photos on the wall. Wow, she's sexy.
囧尼: Yeah, she's good-looking.
布拔: I still remember the first time I met her. She knows how to
sell that.
Marriage is a wrong idea. She's not a settling-down type.
囧尼: Could be the reason Vance killed her.
布拔: A woman like Anne-Marrie will make a man regrets a lot of
decisions he made.

小葛檢查了監獄的閉錄紀錄
小葛: Two groups of men fighting together...
烤魚: With one dead cowboy... And only one guy got stuck.
An ex-cop. This was a hit.
兩人推了假人模型來進行模擬, 推測是犯人Jose與Carlos左右架住Vance,
然後第三名犯人Thomas從正面對Vance痛下殺手.
烤魚: Looks like we found our doer.

布拔詢問Carlos.
布拔: You were there for a triple fetal DUI. Family in a van.
Wanna to made a deal?
Carlos: Last time I heared, I got stuck for 30 years. You have no
idea how it feels.
布拔: No, I don't.
Carlos: You think I'm an idiot? I'm tired of being everybody's
bitch! Cop killer? That will make me a different position.
布拔: I need a reason. Why?
Carlos: Look, if I rat, I'm dead tomorrow.
... The hit was a favor for somebody of the outside.

囧尼找凱姐告知她他的發現.
囧尼: Mind if I close the door before I said it?
凱姐: All right. You got me curious.
囧尼: I found a notebook in the cell. Looks like Anne-Marrie is
sleeping around with a lot of different people.
凱姐: Look, I know Anne-Marrie. She wasn't doing anything the
guys in the department don't want.
囧尼: Ecklie was on there.
凱姐: Oh, it wasn't too good for him.
囧尼: Brass, too.
凱姐: Jim used to be a playboy on the background.
囧尼: And XXX, 000, ###, ***... I just reach the C list. Want I
going on?
凱姐: Uh, McKeen was on there, I guess.
囧尼: Yes. Vartan, too. Sorry to break that news to you.
凱姐: (聳肩) Ancient history.
囧尼: The thing is, Vance was convinced that Anne-Marrie's real
killer is on the list. A lot of them were involved in the
investigation of Anne-Marrie's murder. What should I do with
the list?
凱姐: (嘆氣) Why didn't those duys recuse themselves? It's still
evidence. Make a copy for me, and I'll take the notification.
Oh, boy, we hit the fan, it's going to come back on one of
us.

凱姐告知了布拔跟艾禿, 兩位都很尷尬.
布拔: Well, there was a homicide in New Orland. Anne-Marrie was
there, too. And...
凱姐: So what about you? Conrold?
艾禿: Well, one day Anne-Marrie stopped by and she was hungry...
We went out to find something to eat and ends up to, hum,
to a room on Gold Coast.
布拔: Gold Coast!
凱姐: You guys get the points! The problem now is that Vance was
killed ...Maybe somebody didn't want the truth to come out!
艾禿: If so, the guy must have some ways to contact with the guys
in that prison.
凱姐: Okay, then that's where we'll start, with the bangers.

囧尼搜查Jose的牢房, 烤魚搜查Carlos的.
囧尼找到一捲藏起的來的紙煙, 烤魚發現一只手機.
囧尼: Jose, is this medical marijuana?
烤魚: (對Carlos說) You got a family plan? Text is expansive.
監獄負責人: Hey, guys, I found something interesting about Vance's
visitors.
囧尼: Oh yeah?
監獄負責人: Jody Cambry. Anne-Marrie's sister.
囧尼: Why would you visit a guy who killed your sister?
烤魚: Maybe she wants to see the man duffereing.

囧尼去拜訪Jody.
Jody: Oh yeah, I hate him, of course. But he doesn't let me go.
I threw all his letters away. But one day I opened one of
the letters. I thought maybe he would tell me where he
burried Annie...
囧尼: But he did.
Jody: No, he didn't. Instead he said he was trapped. And he said
the real killer is still out there.
囧尼: And you believe him?
Jody: The thing is... everybody has a different story about to
whom Annie was together with back then. And a lot of them
had investigated Annie's murder. So I started putting my
list. I think Annie could make any man crazy.
Back to that time, Annie told me she met someone. Said this
guy was the one. She didn't give me the name. All I know is
he's a cop. Annie was only dating cops. So, whoever she was
leaving on, she was playing a dangerous game.
囧尼: You never thought to bring it to anyone?
Jody: I thought Vance will kill her.
囧尼: How could you be so sure?
Jody: I just know. I just know.

凱姐跟Vartan大叔約在一家咖啡店見面...
Vartan: This is, huh, this is new. Seeing you out of the office,
and with all clothes on.
凱姐: (笑) I thought that maybe you and I should have a cup of
coffee.
Vartan: Oh yeah? And, uh, yes, we have had a time together back
then. Anne-Marrie and I. (看到愣住的凱姐) It's all over
the office, the list.
凱姐: Luv, it's not what I care about. It's just... why none of
you recused yourself? You guys didn't even look past Vance.
Vartan: "You guys?" So this is what this about? All right.
When Warrick was murdered, did any of you CSIs recused?
Look, I'm there, I saw those evidences.
凱姐: You sure?
Vartan: Yeah, I'm sure. Look, he threantened Anne-Marrie more than
twice in front of all the cops. "If you leave me, I'll
kill you." They never found Anne-Marrie's body, but they
did find her car. And the knife. From their kitchen. It
was a good case.
凱姐: Maybe too good.
Vartan: You think we did do our job? We didn't check all things
out?
凱姐: I'm just saying a cop who was smart enough to make his
wife's disappearing should be able to get rid of those
evidences poited to him.
Vartan: If we're done, I got work to do. (離開)　
　　　　(對剛剛招呼他們的侍者說) Thank you. Um, just forget the
　　　　coffee, sorry.
凱姐: (嘆氣, 打電話) Greg? I need you to pull all the evidence of
　　　Anne-Marrie Tolom's case. Everything.

小葛: I checked all of the evidences. The car, Vance's cloth, the
knife.
凱姐: ... I don't see anything clotting.
小葛: Yes! It means that the blood is stored previously.
凱姐: ... Or, transplant it and plant it. Vance was right. He was
trapped.
囧尼: Yeah, by a cop, or a CSI. I think I saw this matchbook
trick before...
囧尼找出了那個舊案子
小葛: So? I didn't see the connection.
囧尼: Cops don't know thoe clotting things. They mere learn from
their cases.
凱姐: Who's in charge of that case?
囧尼: Lucas Martin
凱姐: Why isn't he on the list?
囧尼: The list is provided by Jody. She was just assuming that's
a cop on the list. (看著案子記載的地點)
　　　Anne-Marrie's body has never been found. At least now we
　　　know where to look.

布拔, 凱姐, 囧尼和小葛到達那個舊案的現場...
艾禿: (匆匆出現)　Do you mind tell me that why there is a crime
scene without a 419 or 420?
凱姐: It's a crime scene. It's about 10 years old.
員警: Captain! Picked up a sence! (警犬狂吠中)
艾禿: (跟在布拔後面走) I want the full 411.
凱姐: We think Detective Martin killed Anne-Marrie and burried
　　　her　here...
艾禿: Okay, then why this place.
凱姐: He learned it through his cases... I was hoping you would
give them a call.
艾禿: Catherine, I could see this from the highway. No time to
　　　call.

警犬帶著人走到一扇緊閉的鐵門前
凱姐: Go ahead, Nick.
囧尼: Let's see what's behind the door, shall we?
小葛: Blow flies.
囧尼: Yeah, something is dead.

三人走進地道中...
小葛: More flies.
囧尼: Two sets of footprints.
三人持續走...
囧尼: More footprints.
小葛: There's a body.
凱姐: Fresh.
小葛: It's not Anne-Marrie.
囧尼: No. It's her sister Jody. I just talked to her yesterday.
小葛: Two shuts. Maybe a 9-miles.
凱姐: Brime County issues 9-miles.

艾禿在外頭等待, 果然怒氣沖沖的Lucas Martin也看到這堆警車了...
艾禿: Detective Lucas Martin.
Lucas: What are you guys doing in Brime County without
notification?
艾禿: We suspected this place is a crime scene.
凱姐: (趕上) It is. We just found a body. Jody Cambry. She is
Anne-Marrie's sister. You mind we search the car?
艾禿: (尷尬的介紹) Lucas Martin, Catherine Willows.
Lucas: Screw you, bitch.
凱姐: I think you mean "Screw you, CSI Willows." That's okay,
I'll have the warrant.

烤魚和羅賓爺爺檢視Jody的屍體.
烤魚:...And all of the evidences went back to a cop.

布拔跟Lucas對質.
布拔: We found Jody's body right where you left her. She was
killed by your gun.
Lucas: My gun is with me, you can check it. It hadn't been fired.
布拔: No, not that gun. We're cops, we have that gun and that gun.
Lucas: ...I don't have that gun anymore. I sold it to someone in
a fire exhibition out of state.
布拔: Well, now it's in statre. You better lawyer up because
you're under arrested.

烤魚: We have a problem, Catherine.
凱姐: I'm really tired to hear that again after all those... so
what's the problem?
烤魚: Jody died yesterday. And according to the records, it looks
like Martin is on working.
凱姐: He can easily fix it. I know a lot of cops doint that.
烤魚: It's still an alibi. We might need to go back to the
prisoners.
凱姐: Carlos refused to talk.
烤魚: Maybe he'll listen.

烤魚詢問Carlos.
烤魚: I thought we'll have a coversation, you and me.
Carlos: You don't know jack!
烤魚: I know your sister have four kids. I know she can barely
pay for that. Then all of a sudden she has 1500 dollars...
You know what? I can bring her in. Her kids, they'll go to
Child Service. You know what happenes in Child Service,
don't you? You grew up there.
Where did your sister get those money?
Carlos: Que baboso. I don't know no Lucaz Martin. You got the
wrond cop.

小葛抓著報告在走廊上狂奔, 衝進凱姐辦公室.
凱姐: Running for street dance practice, Greg?
小葛: Burlesque dancer. And it's not funny.
凱姐: Sorry. So what's it?
小葛: You won't believe what I found.
凱姐: Try me.
小葛: The DNA under Jody's nail is not Lucas Martin. In fact,
they're not even male. It's female, who shared genes with
Jody. And Jody has only one sister.
凱姐: ...So that means Anne-Marrie is alive!

凱姐告知艾禿與布拔
凱姐: We thought all those evidences were planted to cover a
murder, but they are to cover Anne-Marrie's disappearance.
For love. Martin helped her.
艾禿: We still got two real cases with two bodies.

布拔再次詢問Lucas.
布拔: Who'd you give the gun to? Lucas.
Unless you gave it to Anne-Marrie. Oh, yeah, we're suprised.
We know Anne-Marrie was alive, and she's back to Vegas.
I get the obsession. She makes everybody think they have a
chance.
Lucas: ...I loved her. Still do. We were in love. We wants to be
together. But Vance was dangerous, we had to get rid of
him. I helped her.
布拔: So Vance was in jail, Anne-Marrie was gone, and you tag
alone later? That's the plan?
Lucas: That was the plan.
布拔: You donate money to some orphan fund in Mexico. A lot to a
cop's salary. ...Tell me about the gun.
Lucas: I gave it to Annie to protect herself. I planned to retire
next month, and then I can stay with her in Mexico. But
when I told her my plans three months ago, she stopped
returning my calls. Jim, I sweared to you. I don't know
she was in town untill you told me so.
布拔: She's tough, you know? When she dumps you, She really dumps
you hard.

囧尼跟小葛在搜查Jody的房子
囧尼: So Anne-Marrie broke with Lucas 3 months ago. What's she's
going to do with money now?
小葛: Get a new daddy?
囧尼: Or looking for her sister. (查電腦) "Help the Ninos," the
same association Lucas sending his money.
小葛: Jody knew Annie-Marrie is alive. Why didn't she tell us?
囧尼: Yeah, maybe she doesn't want to betray her sister. (查電腦)
The newest deposit... last night 11:47 pm.
小葛: Jody is dead at that time.
囧尼: ...Anne-Marrie was here.

烤魚: It's all quite clear know. She had to stop Vance entering
the second trail. And there is still a chance Jody revealing
something.
凱姐: One thing is still missing. Who helped her reach the prison?
She cannot contact those guys by herself. So who did?
烤魚: Maybe another cop.
凱姐: ... That's a long list.
Vartan: (走進來) You just need one.
烤魚: Should I stay or leave. This is official or personal realted?
凱姐: Stay.
Vartan: I checked the list to what I know. There are two people
who fell really hard on Anne-Marrie. The two of them was
close. One of them switched his position. Jarred Hogan.
烤魚: (看Vartan拿來的資料) He's on Vance'S CO lock.

Jarred先生講電話.
Jarred: Lucas got busted. How do I know what he said?
Where are you? I need you. My shift is over on midnight.
I'll be there.

Jarred等在一處噴泉邊, Anne-Marrie從暗處出現.
Anne-Marrie: Just had to make sure you're all alone.
(熱吻, 摸來摸去) Not that I didn't trust you.
Jarred: That's nice. But I'm not wearing a wire.
Anne-Marrie: (笑) Can I see your cell phone.
(查看Jarred遞上的手機, 滿意)
Jarred: Got the tickets?
Anne-Marrie: Yes. Mr. and Mrs. Nobody. You're going to love
Mexico.
Jarred: I think I'll probably like Costa Rica more all alone with
the money.
Anne-Marrie: That wasn't the plan.
Jarred: I don't know. Vance and Lucas. And Jody, Jody was your
sister.
Anne-Marrie: Look, Jody was soft. She didn't understand the
necessary of crulty. But You, you can't be trusted.
Jarred: You're right about that.

警車出現, 布拔跟Vartan走了出來.
布拔: Annie, we know you have a gun so put your hand on the head.
Anne-Marrie: You son of a bitch!
Jarred: I like you, but not enough for the rest 25 years of my
life.
布拔: You were already thought to be dead once. But don't do it
for this time.
Anne-Marrie: Or what? You gonna shut me, Brass?
Vartan: I don't know if he woud. I know I would. Turn around.
(上前銬手銬並搜身) Unarmed, huh?
Anne-Marrie: Seems like old time. You always get that signature
touch.
Vartan: And you lost yours. You're ourof the world too long.
The whole word is wired.
布拔: You'be been long time, baby. Now you'll get longer.
Anne-Marrie: (笑) That's see how many men on the jury.
最後, 員警把人押走, Vartan看著悵然若失的布拔.


本集心得: 1) Anne-Marrie超猛的, 我比較好奇誰沒在list上耶... XD
相較於耍尷尬布拔跟艾禿, 坦蕩蕩的V大叔跟成熟的凱女王真不錯~~
咖啡店的不歡而散讓我想說阿編你們是剛合好又要繼續亂嗎?
結果之後摸摸鼻子乖乖重新自己調查的V大叔有加分!
2) 烤魚這集面對犯人們是吃炸藥了嗎?
還是這是在撲梗打不死的Huskell對烤魚的影響???

注意注意, 據K大情報, 這星期的本店跟蘋果店應該是三月份唯一的更新喔~~
