下週我要去露營暫停 之 防雷頁~~












































本集重點: 養兒不易啊~~


片頭, 某名戴著墨鏡的男子將鮮紅色的酒精一體倒進某名女子嘴裡,
他被一堆正妹眾星拱月的慢舞著開著Party...
下一幕, 滴到底上的紅色液體變成鮮血,
女子嘗試要撥打求救電話, 但是已經都沒有力氣提供資訊了,
躺在她身邊的男子也滿身是血.
鏡頭掃到床邊的照片, 那對夫妻的兒子赫然就是片頭的男子...

兩名員警衝進血案臥室,
員警A: Check the pulse, and call them in!
員警B確認丈夫已死亡, 但是妻子還有一息奄奄, 於是馬上叫了救護車.
然後包子大來到現場了...
包子大: Mrs. Travers, I'm detevtive Taylor.
If you can hear me, I need you to move your fingers, okay?
Mrs. Travers: (搖手指)
包子大: Okay, I'm going to ask you a few questions.
If the answer is yes, I want you to rise your finger; if the
answer is no, you just wave it. You understand me?
Mrs. Travers: (抬手指)
包子大: Good. Do you know the person who did this to you?
Mrs. Travers: (抬手指)
包子大: Is he a guest in this house tonight?
Mrs. Travers: (搖手指)
包子大: (抬頭問員警) Did you guys arrive with a sign of force entry?
員警B: No, Sir.
包子大: Mrs. Travers, did someone in your family did this to you?
Mrs. Travers: (抬手指)
包子大: (掃視四周,注意到照片) Give me the picture. Come on! Come on!
Mrs. Travers, listen very carefuly, is it this man who did this
to you?
Mrs. Travers: (抬手指)
包子大: Is this your son? Is it your some did this to you?
Mrs. Travers: (略略抬了手指, 但是變的很激動, 伸手抓住包子大的手)
包子大: (看向員警B) We have to find this kid right away!

鏡頭回到那位才剛跟一名黑色捲髮女子滾床單的男子, 他笑笑的帶上墨鏡.

警車在大街上奔馳,
弗帥抵達Party現場, 在人群中穿梭著尋找男子,
弗帥: Police! (把男子扯離女子)
Billy: Ah!
女子: What the hell? What are you doing! Let go of me! (對架住她的員警喊)
弗帥: Billy Travers, you're under arrested for murder of your father
Walter Travers. And the intentive murder of your mother Grace Travers.
Billy: W-wha--
弗帥: That's right, buddy, she's still alive.
Billy: I don't know what you're talking about!
女子: (看著弗帥把人押走) Billy? Where are you taking him? Get off of me!

包子大在醫院看著急救人員忙亂著, 忍不住看了看自己被握住過的那隻手...

丹尼/蒙大拿跟霍克葛格來到現場蒐證.
丹尼: Remember I talking about have a son?
蒙大拿: Yeah.
丹尼: Never mind. I'm good now.
蒙大拿: Let's start from outside.
丹尼: Yeah...
蒙大拿: ...Mac wants to make sure there's no sign of force entry.
You want to take that or I can do that? (對霍克說)
霍克葛格: I better leave you two. (轉身往外走去查前門)
蒙大拿: Thanks! (翻眼睛, 然後看向丹尼) Better floor.
丹尼: I'll take the floor.

丹尼拍下鞋印, 採集血跡, 蒙大拿檢視床單,
霍克葛格在前門蒐集證據, 他發現門上的鞋印跟卡在門板裡的一片物質,
然後又到前面的花園挖了一些土......

局裡, Jo訊問Joel.
Billy: I don't believe you.
Jo: Believe it, Billy. Your own mother identify you.
Billy: It is impossible.
Jo: Why? Because you thought she's dead? Because you think you left
no witnesses?
Billy: Because I didn't do anything!
No, you're lying, right? You're lying, you-
Jo: I wish I'm lying. I have been a detective for a long time and this
is about as bad as a kid.
Billy: My father, he is dead? When you got there, he's dead?
I don't understand. Why he did this to me?
Jo: Did this to you? You enter your home and beat the life out of him!
Billy: I even wasn't in that house!
I haven't been home for at least a month!
Jo: ......
Billy: Where is she? Can I see her?
Jo: Okay, Billy, this is not a drama time for a life special.
Just tell me why you did this.
Billy: I love my parents. I didn't do this.
Jo: Tell me again, where were you today. Let's start from the begininig.

弗帥詢問黑髮女子.
Jewel: I already told you.
弗帥: Tell me again.
Jewel: I'm not an idiot! You want me to tell you again because you think
I'm gonna say something different!
弗帥: You'll only say something different if you're lying.
Jewel: I'm not lying!
弗帥: Well, then it should be easy.
Jewel: we went to a cloth store. Billy want to get a jacket excatly like
the one he saw in a movie.
弗帥: What time is it? Specific.
Jewel: He didn't do that. He doesn't have the intimate to do this.
弗帥: Okay, Jewel, let me tell you a secret. Everyone has a intimate to do
something like this.
Jewel: No, not Billy.
弗帥: How long have you been together?
Jewel: 5 months.
弗帥: 5 months? I usually wait to 6 months before I decide if someone has a
homicide tendency.
Jewel: You're kind of a bitch. You know that?
弗帥: (微笑) Now, where did you go after the clothing store?

Billy: ...I need to get stuffs for the party.
Jo: What stuffs?
Billy: Alchol, a lot of alchol, like sweet Martini.......

弗帥: Why don't you tell the truth?

弗帥: All right, where did you go next?

Billy: We went to put the things down to the hose.
It's around 7, no later than 7:30.
Jo: Jewel was with you?
Billy: No, I told you we split after that store.

弗帥: So you don't know where Billy was when you two split at
the clothing store.
Jewel: (搖頭)
弗帥: You got phone call or text from him?
Jewel: No.
弗帥: What time you arrive the party?
Jewel: Maybe 11 o'clock.
弗帥: Billy already there when you got there?
Jewel: Yes.

Jo: So between 8 to 11, according to what you say, you're in your
room. And no one can prove it even your girlfriend?
Billy: ... (看著Jo寫東西) What are yo doing?
Jo: Math. Because you're a man who can't remeber what he did, so
I'm doing the math for you. I hate math.
It takes 30 minutes to get to your parents' house. Another 20
minutes to build the courage to kill them. 40 minutes inside.
Another 15 minutes to puke and find a place to ditch the bloody
clothes. And then another 30 minutes to go back to your place.
20... 5... totally 2 hours and 20 minutes.

to go back to your room.

Jo跟霍克葛格去找席德大叔...

席德大叔: (終於注意到Jo然後愣住了...)
霍克葛格: Sid?

然後霍克葛格問席德大叔說有辦法辨識可能的兇器嗎?
席德大叔趨前展示屍體, 然後又跟Jo攀談了起來~~

a conference.
Jo: I don't know there's an association of forentic science.
席德大叔: Oh, no, no. I was there to testify that they don't have the right to
change college ball system. But I never get pass the door anyway...

席德大叔展示頭部的傷口...
Jo: ... hammer, axe... or something similar.

Jo去到醫院跟包子大報告進度.
包子大: I never saw someone who take a beaten like that can survive.
Jo: It's still heartbroken for her to see her kid killed her husband and know
he tried best as well to kill her.
包子大: You checked the alibi?
Jo: He basically has no alibi. It will take a while to analyze all the evidence.
I just hope Billy will feel quilty eventually so his mother doesn't need to
go to the court to testify and go through all those again.
弗帥: Hey, guys! We got a confess. But not from Billy Travers.
A guy in our records confessed killing a couple last night.

弗帥: The guy in the left is Owen Hicks. He claimed that he heard a confess of
killing a couple.
Jo看著Owen的檔案說他可真是紀錄滿滿...
包子大: What he wants?
弗帥: Same as others. A free pass.
According to Hicks, Manny Revara is the one who confessed.
包子大要弗帥跑一趟監獄確認Owen說辭.

弗帥跟丹尼去了監獄...
兩人唱雙簧, 丹尼卯起來暗示說他們有目擊證人~~
丹尼: ... Your cell mate said you did that. I think we can just coming in,
putting everything on the table, and give you the chance to respond.
Manny: Let me see if I got this right... My cracker sold me for his own
benefit, and what you are saying now is that you actually have a
witness that can prove it's not me?
弗帥: What about it Manny?
Manny: Sometimes the crackers are right.
丹尼: What do you mean?
Manny: I mean your witness is wrong. I killed the couple.
What are you guys gonna to do now? (笑)
弗帥: Tell me why. Why would you do it?
Manny: I'm in a run. I think I'll be lucky to get some jewerly.
But the man didn't let me and the woman... she just can't stop
screaming.
丹尼: I'm not buying any.
Manny: This is not for real. Great, I don't buy it, either.
丹尼: These two guys are brutally, brutally beaten. It must be something
personal.
Manny: Well, how about a trail?
弗帥: Trail? You confess a murder and you want a trail?
Manny: This is a testing? Why don't you guys check ooooo, and let me know

大家忙著檢查證物,
包子大打電話去醫院確認Grace Travers的狀況, 蒙大拿跟霍克葛格走進來......
包子大: Please tell me you got something to put Billy Travers on the crime
scene.
蒙大拿: Nothing...
霍克葛格: Front door says
蒙大拿: Flack said Billy Travers has the key to his parents' house.
包子大: Yet he can still make it like a force entry with some efforts.
霍克葛格: And I checked DNA from the soil in front of the house. Again, it
doesn't match with Billy Travers.
蒙大拿: It's either he is extremly careful, or we need to start considering
the possibility that he is not our killer.
包子大: ... but when I show her the picture...
蒙大拿: She responded, right?
包子大: She was. She looked into my eye and ...
Maybe I just pushed too hard at that moment...

弗帥跟丹尼到達Manny說的地點, 丹尼忙著四處搜尋~~
丹尼: ... and what he said about those crackers?

丹尼: Yeah, maybe it is this time. (向弗帥展示他找到的crowbar)
那個crowbar的扳手有磁性.......

包子大到了醫院.
包子大: Mrs. Travers, I'm detective Taylor. May I speak with you for
a second?
Grace: Come closer... and you said your name is?
包子大: Mac Taylor. I'm the detective with you after you called 911.
Grace: I don't remember I called 911.
包子大: Yeah? Somehow you made it. You reached the phone and called 911.
Grace: They told me Walter is dead.
包子大: (點頭)
Grace: (閉上眼睛)
包子大: Mrs. Travers, do you remember what happened last night?
Grace: No. I just remember waking up in this room. (流淚)
包子大: I know this is hard. But can you tell why your son would do this?
Grace: Billy?
包子大: Yes.
Grace: Is that Billy did this to me?
包子大: Yes, you identified your son to me when I show you the picture of
your family.
Grace: No. I don't remember such thing. Billy wouldn't do this.
Billy won't do anything to hurt me or his father.
包子大: Mrs. Travers, I know you've been through a lot.
My name is Mac Taylor, and I......
Grace: Why do you come here? Why do you come to me and tell me it's my son
responsible for all what happened, with such a... lie?
包子大: No, no, Mrs. Travers, I have no intention...
Grace: No! You listen to me! You leave Billy alone!
He would never do this. Now go!!! Get out! Leave my family alone!

席德大叔在頭上貼滿貼片偵測腦波活動~~
包子大: Sid.
席德大叔: Oh! See, a familiar face!
Just a little experiment, random pictures people I don't know...
see, no response, then... (翻照片翻到某個女星) see!?
包子大: (看著忽然起伏的曲線) Out of the chart.
席德大叔告訴包子大他看過Grace的醫院報告了, 失憶是正常現象.
包子大: So it explains why she didn't remember identifying her son.
But is the identification still reliable?
席德大叔: It's hard to say... (出示X光片)
She had serious damage and bleeding reaction in this area.
包子大: Front lobe, which controls language, emotion, and other things...
So she probably cannot think already when I arrived there?
席德大叔: Yes.
包子大: But she can understand my simple comments... and that's the same
area.
席德大叔: ... It is, but the underlying mechanism is different. Language and
comprehension can still remain in function while memory is lost.
... And sometimes the movement of fingers is just a reflex response.

Jo跟丹尼討論案情, 丹尼說那個crowbar不合, Manny是在說謊.
Jo問說那Manny怎麼知道要引導他們去找到那個crowbar?
丹尼說也許是Manny被逮到警局裡時聽到員警討論案子時記下來的~~
Jo: How about you brining Hicks in here?
丹尼: What you think?
Jo: Just... some thoughts.
丹尼: All right. (離開)
Jo: (微笑的看著迎面而來的亞當) Adam~~
亞當: What did I do?

丹尼押著Owen走進局裡.
Owen: (驚恐的看著已經坐在房間裡的Manny) Oh, man, what is he doing
here? You said this is for cooperations!
丹尼: Change the plan. (走進房間) Here we go. Have a seat
Owen: You- you talk with Manny? What did he say to you?
丹尼: Don't worry about Manny. He has his story, you have yours.
As long as you tell the truth, you'll be fine.
Owen: (瞪著桌上的機器) What is it? What are you doing?
丹尼: Polygraph.
Owen: You're giving me a lie detection test? Why? They don't really know
what we're thinking, right?
丹尼: Yeah, about 98% of the time. But don't worry, you're a smart guy,
I can tell. Even you're lying you can beat the mechine. You're
going to do great.
Owen: (看著丹尼往外走) Wait! Where are you going?
丹尼: I'm not qualified to give you the test. I'll bring an expert.
(開門, 亞當走進來) Here we go! (對亞當說) Take easy on him.
亞當: Good afternoon! Mr. Hicks? There're standard questions to clarify whether
you're lying under different circumstances that you may or may not
encounter in your fine or finest situations according to your records.
Is that correct?
Owen: I have no idea what you have just sayid!
亞當: Are you playing games, son?
Owen: No! I'm not playing any game!
亞當: (往桌子一拍) Because if you're here to play, we're not going to tolerate!
Okay?

丹尼走到隔壁房間跟Jo一起看著亞當表演~~
Jo: How long you give them?
丹尼: Well, if Adam remeber to plug the damn thing in, I don't think he can do
good at the first question.
Jo: First question? No way, it is not gonna go that far... 10... 9...
裡面房間裡亞當繼續碎碎唸著, 然後準備把儀器連接到Hicks身上.
Jo: One.
Hicks: No! I can't do this! (把東西撥開)
Hicks崩潰把一切事情供出, 說他跟Manny同意去幫助彼此.
他說Manny說只要這樣做, 警方會把他移轉監獄, 那他去的監獄會離他女朋友更近,
他們已經有一年沒見到彼此了, 換了監獄以後他們就可以常常見面,
同時Hicks可以依此跟警方交換條件~~
Hicks: That's the truth! I'm not lying! I swear I told you the truth!

包子大在講電話, Jo走進來, 包子大注意到Jo拿起了他桌上的文件在看.
包子大掛了電話走過去...
Jo: Hey, just drop the false justify report on your table.
包子大: Okay, so far we still cannot put Billy Travers there.
Jo: Should we provide some kind of pretection to her?
包子大: She would refuse that. She's on her son's side now.
Jo: Okay, that means we need to see if we can get enough forensic evidence
before the end of the day. (轉身往外走)
包子大: Jo. If this gonna going to work, we need to trust each other. Okay?

Jo: History has a tendency to repeat itself.
包子大: What happened in DC is not a burdon to my history.

his case.
Jo說出之前的事, 說她被要求covering a mistake made by their team.
她說犯下錯誤的人她跟他共同工作12年了,她還參加過他的婚禮...

此時蒙大拿敲門走進來...
蒙大拿說依據她在床上發現的玻璃狀物質, 她們過濾後找出一位Paul Benson.
蒙大拿: He's been charged for a case of rape.
包子大: What's the common of the two cases?
蒙大拿: He used crowbar to get in the victim's house.

酒吧裡, 一名男子不停的拿著空酒瓶砸著壓克力玻璃擋版...
弗帥跟丹尼向他靠近, Paul Benson拔腿就跑,
Paul跳到一個架子上, 被弗帥扯了下來壓在地上, 丹尼趕到.
弗帥: I got him. I got him.
丹尼: Don't move! Now!

結果Paul Benson鞋子上的土吻合霍克葛格帶回來的土.
弗帥: I don't get it. He's the ooo president...
This kid has everthying back to 2002. (看強暴案的檔案)
... wait, his parents testified against him?
同時檔案還顯示當時Paul的父母親住的房子就是Travers一家現在的房子...

Jo跟Paul的爸爸媽媽談話, 關於之前的強暴案.
媽媽: Paul is a good kid. He went home that night and we know immediately
something is wrong.
(回想畫面, 媽媽: Paul? What's wrong? Where is Sarah?)
(爸爸: Listen, son. No matter what happened, you can just tell us.)
爸爸: He told us. We decided to tell the police what we know.
We thought it is the right thing to do...
Jo: It was, no matter how hurt it is to doing so.
So you have no contact with Paul after that.

kill you.

包子大跟Paul對話.
包子大: You don't know your parents moved.
You have no contact with the memory you want to run away.

for they testifying against you?

You have the opportunity to get out and start your new life, Paul.
Instead you destroy another family. (離開)

包子大到了醫院,Billy跟Jewel正守著Grace.
包子大: Mind if I come in for a moment?
Billy: (點頭)
包子大: How's she doing?
Billy: Not bad I guess. Doctor said she'll be able to leave in a few days.
包子大: Good. Great to hear that.
I'm sorry you have to going through that, Billy.
Billy: Yeah. I get that. You're just doing your job, I guess.
包子大: You know, sometimes we lost our heart when we thought we caught a
suspect. (遞出名片)
If you ever need anything, I hope you give me a call.
Grace: (醒了過來) Billy, who's this?
包子大: My name is Mac Taylor.
Grace: Have you met with my son Billy?
包子大: I am. You have a good son, Mrs. Travers. (Grace驕傲的笑了)
