片頭, 一場籃球賽進行著.
轉播員: There is nothing like New York ADL Basketball!!!
Welcome the Mecca!
一名球員出場, 全場歡呼他的名字: Rilley! Riley! Riley! Riley!

鏡頭轉到監獄中, 犯人們被帶回牢房裡, 有名人犯看上去若有所思...
獄卒: Lights out!
燈一關原來相對而坐的兩個獄友馬上換了位置,
剛剛若有所思的那位拿出口袋裡的收音機, 另一個幫忙把風.
收音機裡傳來籃球比賽的轉播.
轉播員: Jemal White is home! ...Oh, this game is not over yet!
Frazier got the ball!
犯人: (喃喃自語) Come'on, just like we practiced before.
No time to pass, just shut!
轉播員: It's a shut from heaven. ...Frazier with 29 points is
definitely the MVP.

第二天, 犯人出獄了, 來接他的就是那位籃球手, 兩人是兄弟關係,
哥哥Hank Frazier因毒品入獄, 弟弟Riley Frazier為大學明星球員.
Hank: Hey! Good job! I heard from radio!
Riley: ...The game is for you.
Hank: And this is the gift for you. No more drugs, and this time
I was staying out. And, hum, I want to see this pretty face
again. (遞出一張照片)

下一幕, 轉到兇殺案現場, 死者就是照片裡的女生.
弗帥: Vic's name is Angela Kelly. Boyfriend moved in three weeks
ago after being released from the jail. His name is Hank
Frazier. (拉開臥室門, HANK血字寫在牆上)
包子大: Looks like Angela left us a message.

昏暗的房間裡, Hank吸著白粉,
恍恍惚惚間聽到從前自己籃球比賽時的現況.
轉播員: Hank Frazier is doing that again!

外頭, Riley跟媽媽在桌前坐定, 開始飯前的祈禱.
Riley: Heavenly Father we thank you, from your hand, we got all
good things... (Hank走出房間加入他們坐下) Thank you for
family and fellowship. By this meal, feed us with your
holy service...
警方衝進來逮捕Hank.
Riley: What are you doing with my brother?
弗帥: (對Hank說) You're under arrested murdering Angelia Kelly.
Hank: ???

Hank被帶回警局.
弗帥: It's quite rare that people joined family dinner after they
killed their girlfriend.
Hank: It's really ridiculous for me to believe what you're saying.
(弗帥丟出Angela陳屍的照片) I didn't do this. I love Angela.
弗帥: There is no force entry in her house. That means she either
knows the killer or that guy has a key. Or, in your case,
both. (Hank沉默) Cocaine found in her bedroom. How many
times did you promise her you gotta change?
Hank: ...I couldn't done that! I was not in the house!
I was in a store getting high.
弗帥: Come'on, you think jury will buy that? Looks like you got
coke in the room and you tried to get more?
Hank: ...I need to talk to my brother.

霍克葛格與席德大叔驗屍中...
席德大叔: Our murder weapon is most possible a knife. Cuts on the
right side are mostly defensive wounds. Expect one, the
one on top of her spine. I also find this. (拿出碎片)
Looks like some laminated plastic.
霍克葛格: I'll let Adam take a close look.
席德大叔: ... And one more thing: the seven stabs on left side do
not have hit marks.
霍克葛格: That's strange.

弗帥在偵訊室外打電話告訴包子大說Riley在路上.
弗帥: (看著Riley走進房間) There he is... little brother. Thinking
we might get something out by him...

房間裡, Riley沉默的坐到了Hank對面.
Hank: Hey, Dude. (然後Riley翻桌了)

弗帥: (對電話那邊的包子大說) Or not. (進去處理)
Hank: Riley, you know I'm innicient! (Riley往外走)
What are you doing, Riley? I didn't kill Angela.
You know me! I'm still your brother!

包子大跟弗帥與Riley面對面.
包子大: (唸著Riley揉爛丟在Hank旁邊的紙條) "Consider this a
promise between brothers. I, Rilay Franzier, will not
let anythig disturb me from my goal being a basketball
player." Signed by you and your brother as witness.
Riley: Was he on drugs?
弗帥: We found cocaine in his system.
Riley: He promised he was clean this time. Did he kill Angelia?
包子大: Looks that way.
Riley: ...I grew up wanting to be like him. He was the superstar
basketball player in high school.
包子大: What happened?
Riley: He tore his Achilles. No more basketball...
He got depressed. He was not the same anymore.
Then he turned to drugs. I watched him being thick and
thin, thin and thick.
弗帥: Sometimes that's it. (Riley離開)
包子大: (看著弗帥) So how is your sister?
弗帥: That obvious?
包子大: You speak with her regularly?
弗帥: Depends on how you define regularly.

Jo去找席德大叔.
席德大叔: Turns out the cut along the spine also cuts through the
nerves, and breaks the third ans fourth spines.
Jo: That would cause paralysis on the left side. Which explains
why all her defensive wounds are on her right side.
席德大叔: But, she had the blood wound on a left finger.
Jo: (偏頭思考) A finger she was not capable using. So Angelia
didn't write Hank's name on the door. Somebody else did.

包子大去找霍克葛格, 霍克葛格正在利用豬屍做刀傷實驗.
包子大: You said you has something for me.
霍克葛格: You know that when you stab someone, with the forces
you put, you also left hit marks, right?
... The hit marks match. Our missing knife from
Angela's kitchen is the murder weapon.
However, Sid also found seven stabs on her left side
without hit marks. So it lookd like someone stabs her
three times that killed her...
包子大: And press another seven on her body. That makes the
scene like a crime of passion.

包子大, Jo, 蒙大拿跟丹尼一起研究案件進展.
包子大: Hank Frazier's name on the door. Seven stabs on Angela.
Both are staged. We need to get other evidences.
蒙大拿: The blood drops I collected from the scene. Most of them
belong Angela and another unknown male, who is not Hank
Frazier.
包子大: Danny, help Linsey for DNA analysis.
Jo: Who ever killed Angela, knows her schedule and the face that
Hank is staying with her right now.
包子大: Whatever the motive, Hank may still be conncted to this.

弗帥敲了敲某間公寓的門, 門開了, 是好久不見的Samantha~~
Samantha: You cannot just knock and stand out like that. You may
scare my potential boyfriends away. (笑)
You cut your hair. You did it! Looks nice!
弗帥: You didn't tell me you moved. And the previous five calls
I made? Four leads to the voice mail and the fifth told
me you're moved. I had to help myself.
Samantha: So?
弗帥: That's a self-defence.
Samantha: Oh, come'on. I think I know what happened. You got a
new crime. Something about drugs. Maybe also a sibling
thing. I'm fine. Don. I mean I am probably hang over
from last night's drink, but no others. (弗帥依然一張
臭臉) You know, part of my 12 steps to get you smile.
I'm fine. And I'll get my new numbers to you.
(寫紙條) I'm as sober as a church mouse, Don.
弗帥: (接過電話號碼) Thank you.
是說弗帥下樓後要發車時看到Samatha離開公寓, 就這樣給它跟蹤了過去...

Jo去找亞當, 亞當正在玩3D雷射影像.
原來是因為席德大叔發現的那塊碎片是雷射影像的稜鏡啦!
亞當從碎片重建了某公司的logo, 查詢後發現是在加州賣健康食品的~~
Jo: Their logo was found on trace of our victim's body. Not so
healthy.

弗帥跟包子大報告說過去Hank使用的藥物種類(meth, coke, heroin...)
然後來源是某個布魯克林區的理髮師, 還是Angela的同事...

亞當在起乩中...
亞當: (頭套著頭圈) I'm taking my talent to South Beach, whoa!
當然又是被Jo姐姐看到了...
Jo: Really, when will you leave?
亞當: ...I have really good reasons for doing this stupid thing,
trust me.
Jo: I'm all yours.
亞當: The company I found? They have business in New York as well.
Though it's not health food, but bracelets for atheletes.
They're super exclusive and super expensive.

蒙大拿跟弗帥前去理髮聽詢問那位Nick Blount.
Nick: You see, Angelia, she was the best artist in this place.
弗帥: ...So you and Hank Frazier? You guys are like BFFs?
Nick面對著鏡子檢視蒙大拿分心去接電話, 只剩下弗帥在盯著他,
他於是打算落跑, 不過馬上就被蒙大拿跟弗帥發現了,
於是他挾持了一名客人還拿刮鬍刀抵著她的脖子, 蒙大拿掏槍.
Nick: What? You want to kill her?
蒙大拿: No, but right now I'm aiming on your head. I'll put a
hole on your brain before you can even thinking about
hurting her.
Nick被恐嚇後乖乖束手就擒...

Nick被押進警車裡, Jo來到現場跟蒙大拿還有弗帥討論.
Jo: Why would he want to kill Angela and why would he want to
stage Hank Fraizer?
Nick用腳踹破車窗翻身想要逃跑, 結果跑到馬路上被一台計程車正中...

丹尼跟包子大說Nick目前昏迷, 但是最終會活著而且無生命危險.
包子大: So we need to get a motive to kill Angelia. Or a beef to
stage Hank Fraizer.
蒙大拿告知包子大說有一滴血滴的DNA不是Nick的.
包子大:... There was another person with him.

Jo在看著所有Angela留著的跟Hank之間的魚雁往返.
霍克葛格: Wow. All those are love letters? Some strong feelings
between them for sure.
Jo: Yeah, I just don't understand why this one is the only one
beings tossed. "...With my mother being herself and Riley
heading to Kansas..." And Riley is not in Kansas' university
now.
霍克葛格: Maybe Riley laied about his school choices?
Jo: Well, this is the only one where Hank's mother and Riley are
mentioned together.

弗帥又去找Samantha
Samantha: Well, no NYPD announcement? I barely recognize the
knock.
弗帥: Why didn't you just telling me you're looking for a job?
Samantha: How do you know!?
弗帥: ...I followed you. You walked alone in one of those most
unsafe parts in New York city!
Samantha: Seriously? You need to stop that! I'm out of AA. I'm
sober. I'm a strong woman. You want to know the truth?
The truth is when you applying jobs in the hope of a
second chance, you get a bunch of "I am sorry..."
弗帥: I know it's not easy. I mean why would you even consider
some of those jobs? You have chance to do whatever you
want!
Samantha: You Flack man, you got NYPD in your blood. Me? I'm -
弗帥: Don't give me you're the one left crap! Not too long ago,
you have ideas. I thought you want to be a journalist!
Samantha: I don't have the option following the route anymore.
You know what? Half of the reason you're here is
becuase you're caring about me. I appreciated that.
But the other half is you feeling guilty about not
coming here more. Don't drag me into that. Figure
yourself out. (離開)

亞當查出了紐約市到底是哪個跟那間公司有合作關係.
亞當: The bracelet was made exclusively for Riley's team.
Jo: So usually it's whom the company contact with?
亞當: ... well, the managers or those high-level people.
Jo: So in this case, the coach.

Jo告訴包子大新發現~~
包子大: Coach Gavin.
Jo: And, originally, Riley is going to Kansas.
包子大: Kids change their school choices every time.
Jo: But Riley wants to go to Kansas is because that's his
brother's dream. And now...
丹尼走進來說查到了當晚Nick的手機撥出的電話.
丹尼: And it was not Philp Jackson.
Jo: So if Hank knows something, why wouldn't he saying anything?
包子大: Because he was planning something about it.

包子大沒猜錯, Hank在球場看Riley打球,
打完球後Hank拿著把刀想接近Coach Gavin,
但是警方已經先一步到啦~~
警方: You're under arrested of murdering Angela Kelley.
弗帥: (走到Hank旁邊收走刀) Let it go, Hank. Stay out of jail will
be smarter.

警局裡包子大問話中
包子大: Five city championships, 25 All-American,... three
felons.
Gavin: If you want to go through those records I can do better
than you.
包子大: No, that's not what I want to talk about. ...You hired
Nick because he worked with Angela. You must pay him a
lot of money to do that and then stage Hank.
Whatever it is, it won't be enough to save you.
Once Nick is out of unconciousness, we'll get confession
from him anyway.
Gavin: ...I only hired him to put drugs in Hank's gym bags.
That's all. She wasn't supposed to be home. He wasn't
supposed to kill her.

原來當晚Nick準備偷偷把毒品放進Hank的包包時被Angela撞見了,
Nick?阻止Angela而失手殺害了她, 不知道怎麼辦的Nick打給Gavin,
Gavin是做出多刺幾刀和留下血字的人.

包子大: Nick is a murder. But you're the one to make things
going from worse to hell. You made Hank's name on the
door.
Gavin: Come'on. Hank is screwed. I didn't want Riley to be
screwed as well. Hank needs to stay away.
包子大: You're not caring Riley's life. People like you are
game keepers. Kids like Riley? They're future stars.
You only care having a kid like that to keep your own
record. For you, the game is your career.
Gavin: ... Teaching them the game. Do you know how many kids
moving on and forget me. Finding Riley was like for once
winning the lottery.
包子大: Expect in this case, you loose.

包子大去球場找Riley.
Riley: Detective Taylor. Thank you for all the things.
包子大: (笑) That's not why I am here...
Listen. Hank's trying. You can see that in his eyes.
Just imagine what you'll do if basketball is taken away
from you. With Angelia's death he can easily turn back
right now. Don't give up on him.
(將那張兄弟倆的切結書交還給Riley)

之後是Hank出現在球場了~~
Hank: Just so to let that I'm starting rehab tomorrow.
Detective Taylor said he'll keep an eye on me. Words from
a man like him must be serious, right? (笑)
(Riley持續練球沒理他) Right, keep up the silent treatment.
I think you're just jealous, you're afraid of me coming
back, you know? Better looking, better basketball. Better
looking, better...
Riley: Better basketball? Last time we played, I am the winner.
Hank: The last time we play? I'm sorry. What's that? One out of
953 or what?
兩人笑鬧著打起球來~~

弗帥回去找老妹.
弗帥: I got you something. (遞出手裡的禮物盒)
Samantha: I don't take things from strangers.
弗帥: Please take it.
Samantha: (打開盒子, NYPD的帽子) You got me an NYPD hat?
弗帥: It's a job.
Samantha: What?
弗帥: Trust me, I do not want you being around any more than
you want to be in my hair. Anyway, there's a job that
they're looking for someone who has experiences in journal
writing. ... They had an opening. I made a favor.
Samantha: ... why are you helping me?
弗帥: (聳肩) That's what siblings do. They look out for each
other. Good times or bad.
Samantha: Look, what if I screw up?
弗帥: You could be. It's still a chance for you to go back with
something you dreamed on. It's not like you'll be next
Lesley XXX right now.
Samantha: (笑) That would make you Andy Roomey.
弗帥: (笑) Nope. Your brother is not about doing interviews!


本集心得: 1) 好吧, 看在手足糾葛營造的不錯的份上我給及格...
其實CSI幾家店的人物特質都很明顯, 要帶故事不難,
但是阿編真的案件本身你們要多用點心了啦~~ (搔頭)
2) 弗帥為啥你給你老妹的都是一張死魚臉啊?
放輕鬆氣氛才會輕鬆嘛~~我是Sam我也會直覺的先防衛起來啊~~
