這邊分享一下自己上午跟中華電信客服溝通的大致過程
方案:光世代+MOD兩年約,目前還剩下一年多
一開始先簡單敘述問題
客服人員表示因為這部分屬於突然的狀況
公司內部還需要時間因應
建議我 (因為我很堅持一定要看這次被取消的某些台) 可以先訂閱黃金套餐來看
我的回應是
我簽的是兩年約,兩年約保障妳們,也保障我
今天這個問題不是合約上所敘述的版權問題
而是妳們自己跟提供節目的公司談不攏的問題
為什麼我需要來承受這樣的損失呢?
如果今天這種虧我吃下來的話
是不是表示中華電信可以任意刪減我可以觀看的頻道?
最後重申我的訴求
1. MOD我原本可以看的頻道,一個都不能少
2. 接下來到約滿,光世代+MOD每個月要繳的月費,只能少不能多
而客服人員的暫時解法
是幫我開通一個月的黃金套餐
這個月稍後會再研擬適合的方案搭配使用
然後附上一堆關於「中華電信絕對會站在客人這一邊」的幹話
(大家都知道是公司要求要這樣講,我也當聽過就好)
結論
一個月內該看得有得看,暫時沒影響
就看這個月,中華電信會怎麼解決這個問題
至少幫大家確認一件事
讓用戶可以看的頻道減少這件事
中華電信在合約上是完全站不住腳的
所以大家合理的要求是應該的
