義渠駭為見羋八子追趕攔截張儀車隊，帶走羋八子未果。羋八子入宮多日，一直沒被嬴駟
接見，張儀苦悶找蘇萱詢問，卻被蘇萱譏諷。羋八子厭倦項紋講解婚典禮儀，擺脫了項紋
後遇見了藏獒，驚恐慌亂之時嬴駟出現。嬴駟贊張儀聯楚功不可沒，所選聯姻的羋八子也
很心意。
魏國節節敗退，惠施出使秦國，割地求和。張儀不要魏國的地反而要把秦佔領的地還給魏
國，但提出要魏王出面邀請趙韓一同相王，並在相王結束後為秦王駕車。惠施覺得此舉乃
是羞辱魏國，張儀翻出十年前魏王為阻止 秦 君相王而半路派人劫殺，惠施無奈只有答應
回國與魏王商議。羋八子請求嬴駟出面把質楚的孩子羋琰送到義渠，結果觸怒了嬴駟被逐
。被逐途中羋八子發現已經懷孕，嬴駟不捨羋八子扮作車夫將其接回。
楚使找羋八子求其幫著在嬴駟面前提楚國說些好話，羋八子不聽，楚使提醒羋琰還在楚國
，項紋也在一旁相勸，羋八子告誡項紋以後不許引薦楚使進宮。楚使威脅義渠駭讓義渠發
兵，義渠驤不滿趕走楚使。
